CANON SERVICE TOOL ERRORS | ANO MGA DAHILAN? AT ERRORS PAGPASOK NG SERVICE MODE

Canon Service Tool is a tool used to reset Canon printers after replacing parts such as: Logic Board Ass'y, Ink Absorber Kit, Print Head, etc. Canon Service Tool is a portable application so it does not require installation. In the Service Tool there are several functions such as; Test Print, Cleaning, Set Destination, Clear Ink Counter, Ink Absorber Counter, CD-R Correction, Auto LF/EJ, Left Margin Correction, Wetting Liquid Counter, Panel Rank, Flatbed Scanner, Data Save, etc.
In order for the Service Tool to be used to reset Canon printers, the printer must be in Service Mode. Service Mode is a condition where the Canon printer enters repair mode. After the printer enters Service Mode, open the Service Tool then select the desired function key.
SERVICE MODE ENTRY ERROR
1. Error: The indicator light flashes orange when entering Service Mode
Meaning: there is damage to Service Mode (Service Mode is damaged).
Cause: the user uses more than one different Service Tool, when entering Service Mode.
2. Error: printer can't enter Service Mode
3. Error: Service Tool is Not Responding or freezes
Cause: the PC/Laptop can't communicate with the printer. Or the Service Tool can not detect the printer
SERVICE TOOL ERROR CODE
Error code: 002
Cause: The service tool doesn't support the requested operation.
Error code: 005
Cause: The Service Tool does not detect the printer.
The printer is not ready to accept commands from the Service Tool.
Error code: 006
Cause: The printer is not in Service Mode, or the Service Tool does not support the printer.
Error code: 007 and 009
Cause: The printer cannot enter Service Mode due to another failure, or two different errors occurred.

Hello po sir, Pano po ba ayusin ang error nang 5b00 ng canon. ginawa ko na po yung manual reset pero hangang 1st step lang po at hanggang steady green light lang po siya di na umiilaw ang stop button for the second step. I also downloaded the resetter tool po na nasa link and pinalitan ko na rin po yung absorber pad. pag nag eeprom po ako yung D po is 100.00 though chineck ko ulit ang pad sa likod it was still empty po. and try to set the Clear absorber ink and the error still remain the same when resetting the printer.. ano po ba ang problema?

Hello PinoyTechs friends, after converting the Canon MP280 to CISS and using the Service Tool, I want to go back to the just using genuine Canon CL-210 and CL-211XL cartridges but the its EEPROM needs to be brought back tot he factory settings?
How do I bring it back the EEPROM to the way it was before using the same Service Tool?
