"Ol' Goodebump Arm" has definitely stuck at least a little for Victoria but I haven't seen any retroactive points from Greg! Of course when he offered that to Victoria he knew it wouldn't affect the final scores.
If you want a relatively recent QI episode to watch, I'd highly recommend Quantity & Quality. It's got Joe Lycett, James Acaster, and would be a good introduction to a S13 contestant, Bridget Christie
I just realized the Ardal series is up next lol. series 13 and 14 are both in my top 5 (with s14 in particular being my second favorite after s7). you're in for a treat
Q.I. with Stephen Fry is the best! I had the intro as a ringtone for a few years! P.S. any episode with David mitchell ,Bill Bailey, Sean Lock and many more are good.
The grandma in the Australian TM thought she was high on drugs. On a podcast it was revealed the production team had an extended call wih grandma to assure her everything was okay.
One of my favourite episodes of QI is the one called "Jargon", it´s S10 E01. The guests are (besides Allan) Victoria Coren (no Mitchell yet back then), Bill Bailey, and Jimmy Carr.
You could watch QI from the beginning and you wouldn’t regret it, but some of my favorite bits are Alan & Phil Jupitus voicing the Spanish frog, the Carrie Fisher episode, and pretty much any time David Mitchell was on the panel. You could choose based on TM contestants. It’s difficult to think of one show because there are like a thousand QI eps
I think on the day it's harder to view it as a "serious" or "fair" competition and you genuinely have no idea what anyone else did. And contestants have knowingly cheated or defended disqualifications all the time. My take is that Morgana saw how hard everyone else found it, realised it had been the wrong kind of unfair, and kind of chose the most high-pressure moment to confess which she absolutely didn't have to do (Alex's little defence of her hearing the voice at the right time suggests she'd got away with it.) That's kind of heroic, but also really speaks to this group's vibes. I don't think I'd have minded either way what score she got though lol
Here is my take: everybody needs a friend like Desirees Dave in their life. I think having someone who is just happy to hear from you and willing to talk about whatever and nothing as long as you're sharing in each other's lives is really sweet and healthy ❤️☺️
"THIS IS AWFULLL" This moment of taskmaster lives in my head rent free. And I quote this almost daily hahahaha "was this task made for desiree?" well... Just so you wait
In other situations, Victoria has been a spectacular bullshitter and it could have totally been her ballpark if it weren't for her unexpected hatred of pranks and surprising social embarrassment - she's been unflappable at all other times. And Morgana having the "get them to say submarine" mini task, her level of charm and wit suggests it's her deal too. I think it was just pure beautiful chance!
QI episodes to watch: Film; the Christmas one with David Tennant, the one with Carrie Fisher, any episode that has Bridget Christie, I also like the one with Daniel Radcliff and Graham Norton though a lot of people don't, Combustion with Dara O'Briain, and really all of series G, especially Greats and E, especially Europe and Exploration oh and Dictionaries was fun as well.
thought about where to start with qi and i recommend series A epsiode 1 , because as far as i remember its the only episode where they fully explain the format, after that they just assume (rightly) everyone knows, also qi is like pringles, once you op you cant stop, and it would make it easier to avoid the feeling in the end that there might be some episode out there you mised :P
I’d say for QI, it’s probably better to stick to the last few series perhaps. They say it during the show itself, but since research is constantly ongoing a lot of the trivia from the early series is outdated or disproved now
There are so many great Qi episodes its almost impossible to start. Perhaps begin early-ish and old school with one of my favorites "Exploration" (Sean Lock) "Empire" (Sean Lock, Jo Brand), "Germany" (Sean Lock, Jo Brand), "Geometry" (Johnny Vegas, Rob Brydon), "Ice" (Ross Noble, Sean Lock) Clearly I have a Sean Lock issue... but he was truly brilliant on Qi.

QI Season 5 Episode 1 "Engineering" aka the acropolis episode would be a banger of an episode to start off with.

Up next is actually the second New Year Treat.
@@GoldenSandslash15 my bad, i meant the next series

I can't wait for you to see the live task in the next episode, it's one of my most favorites!
I would have watched Aragorn's speech before the battle of the black gate for the goosebumps one. Chills, everytime.

"I'm just here with Alex Horne" is actually a great loophole for the phone call task love that

"Not the traditional way."
YES, THE TRADITIONAL WAY!
I need to find myself an Airplane shirt now.
Unpopular opinion; Morganna cheated by not saying something at the time of the task and should have been given 1 point for the blindfold task.
Boooo!!!
Nah, smart gameplay. Get the task completed first, worry about repercussions later
nowhere in the task does it say "also you have to make sure the taskmasters assistent does his job properly"

@@JohnDoe-xz1mw indeed, all of the instructions are on the task
That building is a school, also Victorias friend on the phone was David Baddiel.

Lol I know what task you are referring too let me hit you with a reverse.... just YOU wait
You all don’t know me!

QI is Awesome. I'm open to any episode you do
1st task, call you own number and ramble on forever to your answerphone.
The penultimate episode already?! Noowayyy!
I see what you did there 😁
I'd go with 40 identical £50 bank notes the best ones you can get. They'd be photocopies though. The best photocopies you can get 😁
Suggest reacting to Victoria's first QI episode Jargon or Quills with Jimmy Carr and Lou Sanders
I've only seen a couple episodes but Jargon was good! Maybe for a second or third episode once Adam gets the gist of the format.

You should definitely watch QI! Series S episode 2: Secrets, Spies and Sleuths is a good one :)

best qi epsidoes are all of them! i persoanly do prefer the once with stephen fry hosting , but sandy is good too.
I keep hearing about how intelligent Old Goosebump Arm Victoria supposedly is, but the more I see of her in this series, the less convinced I am.

my crush on Morgana only continues to grow.
