Cassandra - My Story with 9Round Australia

My story is that I am a first-time mum to a little boy and he's now four months old. So joining 9Round for me was about getting healthier and being more fit for him as he gets older and probably gives me a run for my money.
I've lost four kilos in three months supposed having a baby and it's changed my life. I now fit into clothes that I didn't fit into before I was even pregnant. I love that 9Round has no start time because my days are super unpredictable so I don't need to plan around my baby. I can do what I need to do with him and come here whenever it suits me.
I think my story can inspire others by showing first-time moms or anyone that it's okay to have some time for yourself and to that your life doesn't revolve around a baby and you can go out and have some time away to better yourself for your family but also for your own well-being.
