Maybe they're canceling the camaro and will bring back the chevelle. It sounds crazy but chevy needs a muscle car in their lineup. And why not the chevelle? It was very significant back in the day
He couldn't wind it out because it's new and not broke in. But let me tell you, that DOHC V6 is a gem of an engine and screams out the most glorious V6 sound you'll ever hear unless you can afford an Italian exotic. Not only does it sound amazing at high revs, but it has more than enough power to carve up back roads. If you love to drive, I mean really drive, not just stomp the pedal at stoplights, then the V6 is BETTER than the V8. You've got to work that manual transmission to get the performance so it's more rewarding than the V8. Bonus: less risk of jail time, lower insurance, and less gas.
I just picked up my new 21 RS from my dealer about 2 weeks ago (I ordered it back in September). I love it. The V6 with the 10 speed auto drives great. Thanks for sharing this 1LE Raiti!

I don't know why people keep harping about the 6th Gen Camaro's "blind spot". I bought a new SS in 2016 and by the time I had properly adjusted the mirrors and driven it home from the dealer (70 miles) I was completely accustomed to it, no problems. 4300 miles later, still a non-issue.

Love the color. It may not have a V8 but it’s waaay better than the ‘87 Camaro I had with a 2.8L V6 135 hp 5 speed manual. Back then it was pretty cool and fun to drive. Thanks for sharing it Joe. Nice job! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸

Yeah bro it’s got close to 350hp stock and sounds great. That exhaust note is really good it sounds close to a v8. And with the suspension/brakes of the ss on top of it being a manual. This car would be super fun as a daily with plenty of power to have fun and go fast with decent gas mileage still. You can always put a supercharger on it and get 500-600hp for the same cost as a regular v8 ss altogether. You’d Save money on insurance on top of that it’s a no brainer lol.

As the former owner of a 1994 Camaro RS, I loved this review. To be honest, it's a great daily driver and it looks super nice with the RS 1LE extra goodies.
My 84 Z28 had the exciting 190hp 5.0HO...that HO couldn't blow away this 335hp V6...and no worries about too much junk in the trunk...no room!..nice review!
I think both are excellent but the Camaro V6 wins on sound with the quad exhaust (comes with 1LE). I do love the Mustang, not sure there is a bad choice, personally, I would go Camaro but not by a lot.

Never really took much notice towards a RS, but Chevy really gave this package some serious presence. From the front end to the rear this car is sexy, but that side view in this color package is in a class all by itself.
You should see about adding the E-Force Supercharger from Edelbrock. Mine not only has that awesome engine sound...but an entirely new sound of the Eaton TVS 1.74 liter Supercharger. In my custom (not the Edelbrock tune; and thanks Chris Brewer who also tuned cars for Gas Monkey Garage, etc.) 435RWHP (150 more than the 276RWHP of the stock 3.6). I also added the Bilstein B-14 PSS front and rear adjustable suspension that makes it a road warrior that still get 30mpg on the highway if you have the stick (I do) and you use 6th gear on cruise control, you can see 30mpg. I was only able to get 27mpg, but in a almost 500 hp (SAE NET V6 Camaro. More HP is possible. But I have Stock intake, stock exhaust....much pull. I just left RS on the car. It now means: R EALLY S UPERCHARGED
If your gonna go with a 1le without the v8 might as well go with the turbo4. The weight savings will make up for the lower power and you’ll get better mileage. That’s the car I’m interested in. If your not gonna have track days and use it as a daily driver, seems to make sense. It still looks very cool.

I have a '17 Camaro SS but I've considered getting a V6 Camaro M6 as a daily to replace my current (old) daily. For the money and performance you get, I think the V6 M6 Camaro would be a good choice for a fun daily that isn't terribly expensive.
2021 3lt trim has no less than 19 packages., told the wife i was thinking of getting the black wheel and nut package ,her reply ," go for it if it includes a extension"

I had a 3rd Gen Trans am and when I replaced it with my Charger Daytona I looked at the Camaro. Really wanted to like it but roof is too low and trunk too small. GM destroyed the Camaro themselves if they raised the roof a bit and cut the trunk different they could have had a hit on their hands. The practicality issues killed this thing. By the way great job as always Joe!!!
The new Camaro is something that when people found out it was going to be the final generation of the muscle car era Chevrolet said it going bankrupt can't let that happen they should always keep up making new muscle car because it represent from the old school legends from back in the day Chevy should definitely stay stronger on the market and the business because we love Chevrolet

Really want to like the Camaro's but its the only car I've driven with poor forward visibility. It may not be "terrible" but I want the forward view to be confidence inspiring and it certainly isn't.
This is exactly what I would want to own but in an automatic because I drive a few 100 miles a day in the city for work. Beautiful car. If I didnt drive in the city so much I would go manual tho.
Its sad. I'd hate to see the camaro go. The trinity is challenger, mustang and camaro. I'm afraid when one falls, manufacturers will think, oh I guess we have to kill our coupes too. Sometimes all it takes is someone to lead for others to blindly follow.
I’ll say camero is my 3rd favorite muscle car. The looks for the car is on point. The color for this car is amazing. For a v6, it’s still an awesome car. Just sucks that it will be discontinued.
Too bad most wont even realize that Chevy built and delivered the Z car/Supra variant that we all wanted with a lusty NA v6 and great chassis for a price that's not hype driven insanity. Thinking about picking up a used Chevy 350 Z as a daily. Great NA revs and great chassis=:):):) per dollar. Especially if you already have that blown v8 lurking in your garage.

Remember the 1LE V6 Camaro was quicker around some tracks than the 15-18 MY Mustang GT. Despite it being down 100hp and 100+ lb ft of tq.

Its sad. I'd hate to see the camaro go. The trinity is challenger, mustang and camaro. I'm afraid when one falls, manufacturers will think, oh I guess we have to kill our coupes too. Sometimes all it takes is someone to lead for others to blindly follow.

I’ll say camero is my 3rd favorite muscle car. The looks for the car is on point. The color for this car is amazing. For a v6, it’s still an awesome car. Just sucks that it will be discontinued.

Too bad most wont even realize that Chevy built and delivered the Z car/Supra variant that we all wanted with a lusty NA v6 and great chassis for a price that's not hype driven insanity. Thinking about picking up a used Chevy 350 Z as a daily. Great NA revs and great chassis=:):):) per dollar. Especially if you already have that blown v8 lurking in your garage.
