- The Chevy Camaro SS 1LE is a muscle car that can go fast in a straight line and also take the turns very well. Under the hood of this 2017 Camaro SS 1LE is a 6.2L V8 and is mated to a 6-speed only manual transmission. On the outside you will find a black satin hood, forged wheels, and massive Brembo brakes. On the inside you will find Recaro seats, an Alcantara wrapped steering wheel/shift knob/shift boot and Chevy's Performance Data Recorder. Zach Buxton my GT350 is amazing. Also it sounds great, however this camaro with headers sounds way better. I can’t comment on anything else except the sound

The previous owner really did a great job improving and maintaining its looks. So aggressive looking. All other little details had been blacked-out. Really fits with the colour of the car. Interior wise, looks clean and neat!

When you said turn the volume down I'm sure at least half of us turned it all the way up like Fat Joe and Remy.
I love camaros so much and I am falling more in love with my 2018 Camaro 2SS Hot Wheels Edition that I've had for a month and a half more and more every day.
I think that the 1LE rims are the nicest rims in existence. They fit the car perfectly!

I drove one of these today. A friend of mine bought a new green one a few weeks ago. The 1LE package works as advertised. It blew me away how good it handles. The 6.2 makes great power and sounds wonderful doing it. What an awesome car!

the wing is not unnecessary, that wing is one reason why the zl1 1le is faster around the track then supercars

Went to Hendrick Chevrolet in Norfolk,VA to trade my 5TH GEN 2SS/RS in on a ZL1. I drove a 18' 2SS 1LE and was BLOWN AWAY by how good it handled, sounded, looked.. I bought it for much less money. Happy with my decision. All I wanna do is drive it!
Before I bought a 1le I made a few questions to you and once I heard your recommendation I went to give it a try, boy did I love it. I fell in love pretty much on the spot and walked out with a 2018 camaro 1ss 1le for 26k, cant get anything even close in that price range, what an amazing car.

I went to test drive a 2SS a few months back, the sales person were standing on the back of the car when I started the engine... think he might be new to Chevrolet, but man did he jump when i hit the ignition .. stock exhaust note on this car is sick
I currently have an EcoBoost Mustang and am saving up for a down payment on a SS 1LE or Mustang GT(still undecided but leaning towards the SS). I've been watching for a while and your videos are always awesome as well as very informative so keep it up!

The road test was bad ass. Believe me guys ...go with the stick shift in this car. Mine is the SS non 1LE with magnaride and a stick and banging gears is just loads of fun in these cars.
I've always been more about practicality but lately I've become a bit more interested in performance cars. They can be great for a weekend getaway unless my job suddenly gives me a massive raise to afford the gas as a daily driver. I'm leaning towards a Kia Stinger GT solely because I prefer korean cars over american cars but this and the GT500 are not bad at all. Thanks for the videos Joe. I had a 1968 SS 396 Camaro and a 1969 RS Camaro back in 1979-80 . Should never have sold them . The women really liked going for a ride . Milkshakes and Hamburgers... & Jimi Hendrix on the Stereo

I think this car is fantastic. The base models handle great so I can only imagine what this is like. Looks like you could carry more speed into the corners than the mustang GT and STI you just reviewed

They had a used 2017 here in Colorado Springs with only 4000 miles and they're only asking for $35K!! Moght be because it's a stick and its blue. I drove an automatic version and WOW. Cant wait to buy one.

Nice review on the car. I have a 2018 Camaro 2SS 1LE. I absolutely love it! I live near Daytona Beach. I go over to the Tampa area every now and again. I’ve passed by the dealer a few times heading up 19.

Why not both? I enjoy a little luxury with my performance and the 2SS has a much better interior. If I was shopping for a Camaro SS, it would be a 2SS 1LE.
@@kevindustm1208 sure that works too. For me they were just so similar the only real changes would be the stereo and lighting. The seats steering wheel etc is all the same. Didnt justify 5k to me but to some it does. You can also get a 2ss or a 1ss for msrp around 45k while a 2ss 1le is 50k. If you got the money by all means but not all of us do

Joe, I enjoyed this video more than any I've watched. I had a smile the whole time I was listening to that beautiful exhaust! It took me back to my big block 66 Chevelle SS. The look on your face said it all. Keep these type of videos coming. I don't give a hoot about anything from the "old world".
