    Love this! It’s clear how you’ve fine tuned your presentation and technique for maximum motivation and exercise in the last 10 years! And, it feels more accessible now for all fitness levels. I remember watching some of your older videos and felt like I couldn’t keep up since you’re in such good shape and do this for a living. The way you made this new one attainable made me feel strong and accomplished! Loved it a lot-I’ll keep coming back to this one!

    I gotta say....I love these type of workouts. Childless Amy was a beast but we have had some classes a lot like this the past couple months and it makes me happy. I don't mind having to slow down or modify when I have to.

    Really enjoyed this! I started doing your workouts in 2017 but didn’t keep it up consistently until last year - glad that we get more breaks now, and that you give us so many options to modify! Feeling confident about modifying when I need to actually means I work out more consistently. For instance, in this workout my knees were completely done by the time we got to the bonus move, so I just did a minute of farmer’s march with my heavy weights - when I first started working out, I would probably have quit the workout when I felt the first twinge! Thanks for making exercise so accessible.
