- Taking a look at the MF120 Halo case fans from Cooler Master. Great looking fans with ARGB Motherboard Support. Just don't expect much from the included RGB controller. Try to get them packaged with the latest Gen 2 controller if you don't have Motherboard RGB control.

Lol , love the 2 Adam’s , another great unboxing & description
You have some of the best RGB setup, very smart.
great vid, thanks for the vid... I will be giving them a try with the Razer Chroma RGB Controller, it seems to work very well.
How did it work out? Im considering getting these fans and using them with the same controller.
Damnn that's a clean design
it's the same case in europe the product announces the a1 controller and in the box it's the old one, but it puts a gen2 compatible sticker. it's not very clear as communications
@PC BUILD I'm getting a set of 3 of these fan for the front of my PC since there is a prime day sale on the right now. But I was wondering if I later get a single one of these will I be able to connect the original set of 3 with the single one in order to control them all from the provided cooler master remote? They are the same fans I'm talking about just I'm getting a set of 3 for the front and buying a single of the same so in total 4.
What ARGB controller were you using that worked? I can’t seem to get them to run off my B560 tomahawk through mystic light and desperately want to sync them with the front of my case/mobo, thanks.
Hey mate sorry for the late response. For the RGB controller I used an XPG controller that was included with my XPG cable extension kit. That worked immediately for me. When I hooked them up to motherboard RGB only 2 would light up so I only spent a minute playing around with them before installing them into the controller already in my case. Best bet might be to purchase yourself a seperate SATA powered RGB controller and run anything else RGB from that controller to match as close as possible to the motherboard lighting effects. They are supposed to be compatible with basically all recent motherboard RGB but I've seen plenty of comments online saying people had issues with full system syncing
The coolermaste controller works well too. I have 9 of these fans running in my Mrs computer and it all syncs well.
nice airbubble in your cpu cooler
MF120 Holo vs Cf120 plus video pls
Warning to those buying these fans. The LED's will go full yellow over time. I had to replace a exhaust fan barely and the LED's do NOT match anymore as the other older fans are completely yellowed out. Never noticed until I had to replace this rear fan.
Thank you for this info brother
Wdym by “full yellow”?
@@TruckFan542 They all faded and yellowed out so they never were truly "white". They always had a dingy yellow hue to them.
@@BlueSharkRides The actual LED’s or the fan blades?
@@TruckFan542 the LEDs themselves.
Very informational review 👍🏻
Lol , love it
A fair warning to those who wish to purchase: 120 mm create a humm over time and the 140 mm versions will start vibrating your case... At the price these are sold this is inexcusable. It's a fan first and foremost. Haven't had mine yellow just yet, but I'll get back to you in a year or so.
is this recommend for AIO cooler?
can i use this with a Mb with no rgb header
The halo squared have a different controller I believe.
hello sir suppose i need same 4 argb fans for my pc but i only have one argb port on MB, so how i can connect those 4 fans
Use splitter cable
Did you try the version with A1 controller?
47 CFM is not good? the corsair QL120 have 42 CFM and they cost twice as much...
also when you review a fan, make sure you show all sides
Did you watch the video? At around 3 minutes he show all sides.
my bad! i missed it
Cooler master is NOT a premium brand...but they try to price like it!
These are way cheaper priced than most rgb fans, tf are you talking about?
@@brockbrawn1524 3 for $60....I rather get Antec 5 RGB for $50, or Asianwhores 6 for $60.
I don't know these are really cheap in my country, the three pack costs as much as a single premium fan
Yeah but seriously that makes no sense everybody could care less about that stupid controller everybody controls them through a single main controller hub are through their mother bored lol it's 2023 not 2005
so they suck, thanks!
