If the king truely loved his queen . It could take a turn on the king for good for loosing his wife. Some people change into the worse after losing someone precious to them. In that case he could have let go of his caring and loving side, for others since got it all himself from his wife and found it hard to show love towards other people after she was gone. My mother died on st. Patty's Day 2023 it just happened this year I never liked st. Patty's day anyway not only because it's cold nor if it's about getting drunk it's also when I lost my mother! We used to talk about such wonderful things like fairies and gods and goddesses even holidays that no one else has ever heard of! She and I used to go to the beach together but the last time I've been to a beach I was with my older sister saying goodbye to our mother! But she's gone and there will be no one else like her who believes in anything that my mom believes in! Sadly, it meant we had to recast the boy becase, in the new version, it was now a singing part, and we needed someone witha trained voice.
