Lucky enough to have experienced the Turkish hospitality, beaches, scenery, mountains and beautiful countryside and wildlife. Loved your video. Thanks. PS I did jump from the mountain to paraglide down to the beach. It was amazing.
I was married on the blue lagoon beach in 2013. I’m on my way back this year can’t wait. It will be my 22nd time out there I started going in the early 90s. I know the place like the back of my hand.
That’s an incredible and brave idea. What a beautiful way to experience Turkey. That turtle 🐢 was so cute. He’s just taking his sweet time. Great video.
I must say that the two of you are very refreshing. most of the travel UA-camrs that I see (that are approximately your age) come across as extremely immature, narcissistic, etc., but you two, you provide interesting history/information on the area, plus, you are just so personable, that at least the grumpy old lady of 52 just loves watching your vids, and is a happy Patreon!
Thank you so much. I am sure in the past we were guilty of all those things. Although we have never been ones for selfies or fake projected realities we have grown up over the last few years. We have always been in to nature and wildlife but have found a keen interest in history etc over the past year or so.
Tor- toiz! I love it!! We say tortus, altogether and fast. British pronunciations, along with all of the travel adventures, are among some of the reasons I love you all!!😘
We've been many times and usually stay at Montana Pine which is the starting point for the walk not seen tortoise's crossing the road only in the hotel but did see a wild boar which also roam the area beautiful place back again end Sept 2019
I love the Beans! You guys are great! I'm stuck in my job, and the only traveling I get to do, is see your lovely videos! Love the humor too! God bless you 2!
You two make me smile!!!🥰 Your joy for travel experiences is so fun to watch!!! I love how excited you get with the scenery and seeing the native wildlife. 🐢 Your videos contain such gorgeous photography, the beaches were stunning and the shot of the white butterfly on the purple wildflower was absolutely gorgeous! I had to watch it twice it was so sweet. You two are so great at showcasing wherever you are traveling!😊❤ Thank you.
If this new format with the timely pop-ups noting prices and the great slo-mo b roll shots and wonderful music choices is indicative of what's to come during the next two years, well I'll be glad to say I knew when, before the 100k+ subs and hundreds more accolades arrive. Just fantastic, both of you.
Aw thanks Dan. As a long time follower, you can probably see that we are putting considerably more effort than the past. From research, planning and post production. We are not trying to change from before per se, just enhance what we did before but we both are enjoying making videos more now than ever
This is so awesome to see turtles just like that. I get your excitement guys! 😁This place looks so pretty! We really should go to Turkey too! Safe travels!
What a lovely day you had. Don't miss the ancient cities of Pergamon & Bodrun down south there. Midway up the West Coast is the epic Greco-Roman ruins of Ephesus, outside Kusadasi on the coast across from several Greek islands.
You Guyyyysssss! i Am Sooo adoring your vibes and the excitement of seeing a tortoise!!! hahaha - i'm a turkish immigrant born and raised in Belgium, and am learning about Turkey through you two !!! ;) Awesome -
Yes, it is at the Coast of Turkey very normal to see Turtles on the Roads and mostly you can see Sea Turtles ( Caretta Caretta ) to ;) .... when you look sometimes you can see Chameleons and some other reptiles !
My family and I went to Turkey many years ago and stayed at Hisaronu village. Whilst there we took the local bus and spent an afternoon at the beach in Olu Deniz. Speaking of animals, walking back to the resort after dinner and drunks at the town centre we saw a about 10 rabbits on the road staring at the full moon. It was weird!
Aw I'm so glad you guys are enjoying Turkey!! That's one of the top countries on our family bucketlist. :) We're actually starting our full time travel journey with our toddler in less than a week, wish us luck & come say hello on our channel if you'd like! :)
The reason that the water is cold is due to the fact that the surrounding mountains are Limestone and rain water and melt water over the winter percolates down through the rock and seeps out into the sea from underground. If you were using a snorkel you would see the shimmering fresh water as it mixes with the salt water of the sea.
We got married at the Blue Lagoon in 2014 Friday 13th, we stayed at Belcekiz Beach Hotel Olu Deniz on the front promenade. We went on the outskirts of Antalya early this year and going to Beldibi I am afraid my wife only does 5 stars we do explore though we love the people and the country. PS. I was 58 when we got married.
Love the new (or recent) subtle format changes! (Like when the cost of the paragliding popped up.) And the next video preview was great! I do also have to say that Emma, you look so radiant and your hair looks so beautiful, healthy and long. I don’t normally comment on physical appearance but you are glowing! 😍 But my favourite thing about this video was how you both pronounce Tortoise 😃😂
from my experiences in turkiye things like tortoises arent really cared for, cars wont move for them in the road which really shows the cultural differences and developments in countries like ours
There was a traffic accident just outside Newcastle recently. A lorry load of Tortoises collided with a lorry load of Terrapins. It was "Turtle Chaos". ;-)
Turkey is a Place I've always wanted to See. All the Ancient Ruins. Constantinopolel always been at the Top of my list. The Roman History is Wonderful. Go to the Grand Bazaar. Oldest and biggest Shopping Mall in the World. BEANS ONWARD!!!
@Mr Matty Not at the time the Ruins where new. Of course I know its names Istanbul today. That means the City in Arabic. Not to the Orthodox Christians
Yeah we are at the moment on a gulet cruise. We have about 5 days left here. We are making a last minute detour to Spain for a week or so then coming back to carry on where we left off
Best friends, Dear friends, If you walk small paths, then you regularly come across a turtle in Turkey, I have also encountered one regularly. Take care your's and keep it safe. Greetings from Brussels
I loved your videos guys! And just to let you know, I am Turkish and it is quite normal to see turtles in Turkey. I looked after one turtle in our garden for 3 months hahaha :D so it is normal to see turtles on the road especially if you are in Agean part of in Turkey
Not everyday but you can see turtles even in town centers 😁 it’s not surprising here in Turkey. If you are lucky or with correct timing, you can also see famous caretta caretta sea turtles in Belek, Antalya or Ortaca, Muğla (near to Fethiye)
just walk in to any rent a car place in antalya and rent one, but dont mention that u going to travel fethiye with it, if you do they ll increase the price, happened to us before.
İ m live Ölüdeniz and i m pilot of paragliding, u guy come here turkey but u miss so think, u only see turistik think. Before come learn more aboute area
Did you go further to the Faralya Village? Its like 5-8 km distance to a Heavenly view on the top of Butterfly Valley. We had camp there for a week and those days were the best moments of my life. If you havent gone there , please reconsider going back there again. Thanks for the video. By the way its a common thing for us to see a turtle :) and yeah i dont know what to feel when i see your excitement :)
Great, but very common to see tortoises and Paraglydas. Lovely vid though. Your choice of what you consider healthy food is slightly off the mark though, but haha...
Yeah, tortoises are very common in Turkey that i even saw an evil one which was trying to bite my dog (Cocker) and i had to grab my dog and run from a tortoise 😂🤣🤣 The country is full of wildlife in Turkey but be advised snakes and scorpions are also common so you should check before sitting on rocks etc. Pretty much none of them has lethal poison so it isn't that dangerous like South America or India etc but they can still hospitalize you!! Two scorpion species which have lethal poisons only live in eastern Turkey and there are very rare while none of snakes has lethal poison so Turkey is actually pretty safe country to explore wildlife :))
These kind of turtles never seen in last 20 years. It is an exctincting species!! I appreciate your benefits to science ;) Hi Alex , how are you doing? I ve been in Usa for a month. Very funny and amazing video.I am enthusiastic about next video

Lucky enough to have experienced the Turkish hospitality, beaches, scenery, mountains and beautiful countryside and wildlife. Loved your video. Thanks. PS I did jump from the mountain to paraglide down to the beach. It was amazing.
WOW really?? How was that experience?! 😳😀
I was married on the blue lagoon beach in 2013. I’m on my way back this year can’t wait. It will be my 22nd time out there I started going in the early 90s. I know the place like the back of my hand.
