Thank you, thank you! I just purchased the small version and because I’m 79 and live alone, I am hoping the small one will suffice. I have an extensive P-patch and my condo deck has many grow bags and two vertical planters. if the weather improves up here in Seattle, I hope to have a good harvest this year.
I also had buyers remorse after I purchased my unit but after watching your video, I feel more relaxed and excited to receive it and put it to good use.
I hope you enjoyed making your videos and will continue to make more as you learn more about the process.. Thank you and cheers to you.

I'm 83, I got the medium, expecting it in about 2 weeks. I want to freeze dry health snacks and leftovers. I also live alone but haven't learned to cook for one. I always cooked for a large family. I have tried TV dinners, just can't do them. Plan to just have fun.

Thank you for making this, I have been debating on getting one to preserve more of my garden and cut down on canning.

Great video. Just to clarify for others who might be interested in purchasing. You do t need a 220v outlet, that’s a very different thing. You do need a 20 amp dedicated outlet, similar to what is required for a bathroom outlet. :)

There are so many comments on different pages about parts breaking and the dryer needing fixing. In your experience, has the machine been reliable or are there maintenance moments regularly needed?
Sometimes other brands are recommended all together.

I haven’t had any issues with mine so far. I just did an oil change and it was SO easy. It’s been a great purchase so far.

First, your hair looks so cute wavy. friend. Second, that eggs tip is genius, I never would have thought of freeze drying eggs to reconstitute later. You are full of interesting tips. Side note, I love Bit O' Honey! lol
