I enjoyed this so much, Monique! I remember watching your GRWM videos and loving the process, learning great tips. You make me want to revisit hot rollers, which I used regularly in the past but tossed out years ago. Although I color my hair I have the same texture and basic cut and length as you. I love the way it turned out. You are simply stunning with or without makeup. The outfit is way groovy, love it! The end pic of you and Howard is everything!

That outfit is killer. Funny, I have those same hot rollers. I bought them on the spur, about 5 years or so ago, when I saw them on clearance at the end of the aisle at Walgreens-- $4. I don't do much with my hair often but when I do, those rollers make it easy. I'm gonna try your style here soon. Great look, disco inspo forever!
I have been using an old fashion sponge tip applicator for eye shadow placement. There is much less fall out. Then I blend with a brush. It’s worth a try.
Your eyes just POP, which means you don't need as much as ...we mature... STUNNING!!!....(let the lashes flutter, and the show begin!)...Have fun!

Fallout is what I despise! Lol. That's why I do my eyes first, that way I don't have to worry about wiping off my under eyes and redoing my concealer. For shimmers, try using a setting spray or primer water to spray on your brush after dipping into the shimmer eyeshadow. It works wonders! Less fallout and the shimmer really pops!

You always do such a good job on the makeup. I didn't think about matching eyeshadow to your outfit. Maybe that was a "70s" thing to do, so it's perfect. I'd have put you in a smokey evening eye, gray in the outer corner, mauvefor the lid. At the end you put it all together and looked fabulous! Love watching the process! I like the videos when you talk to us about your day, your auditions, shopping, your man, etc.

I love your channel. I just found it. Two things, though, be careful using eye drops because there has been a recall on some brands because of bacteria. And last, my mom always taught me, in everything to do with your face and skin, use upward strokes to lift the face.

I have been watching your videos and I wish I could be half as absolutely beautiful as you are! I'm 54 and am still waiting for the gray to come! I'm absolutely jealous of your hair color! My sister is 2 years older than me and has full beautiful gray about the same as yours but a lot longer! Lol! Thank you for making us fifty plus women look absolutely gorgeous! I can't find a good inexpensive makeup for wrinkles. I'm health and income challenged now so inexpensive is a must! Lol! Quite a few years back, when I could afford it, I bought the airbrush system but couldn't seem to find the right make up for that. Any suggestions? I don't wear makeup at all but have started my own Love story, hopefully, and would like to look pretty for this beautiful man I have reconnected with. Help please!! I loved that video by the way!
