Thank you for your answer. I am half way along with my sock. I purchased a tunsian hook yesterday. I love this way of knitting. I am amazed at what this crochet hook can do. I will send you a picture of my sock when I finish. I would like your opinion because you are the expert.😊

I finally watched this and am excited to use this style only wish I had watched it while I was working in the prison to share with the inmates.

    襪子鉤法非常清晰現在對於雙頭阿富汗鉤針的運用更全面了,感謝妳的影片,我會把這影片分享給其他人.

very good video, easy to understand, and I would bet these would be warmer than knitted socks, because tunisian is thicker way to make a sock. Thank you and Brightest of Blessings

I found that they don't have that stretchability like knitted. I made a whole sock before I tried it on, and couldn't get it over my instep, yet the cuff was way too big

One of my favorite videos. Love the combo of Tunisian/knitting to make a beautiful sock. Now, if I could only find the 6 inch long, double ended crochet hook. I've looked everywhere, but not having any luck.

The link just took me to a search of "double ended crochet hooks" and they were all greater in length than 6 inches.

I love knitting tunsian style since I taught myself. This sock is exactly what I have been looking to work. There is no twist and turns. I will shop for a two sided needle. I only have a large hook that's used for blanket or sweater. Thank you so much I will be practicing this pattern from now on! If I want to change yarn in places how would I do that?😊🙌

Okay it was mentioned that the sock sizing rows was on the website but I just was not able to find it at all I like the method as I do Tunisian knitting all the time now but just could not work out how to make socks. I am self taught but all I have made today are jackets and hats lol I really wanted to make socks so now once I get the needles I can get started tied of buying socks that just don’t last 5 minutes before the get holes in them had to learn how to darn them because of all the holes😹😹

Hi Angela, please find the chart here: woolpedia.de/Socken-tunesische-Video-Häkelanleitung-Woolpedia®-p259362525
But it would be best to make a swatch and calculate your number of stitches.
      Regards,

Could I do this sock with a long cord on my hook like 30 inch or 50 inch and do the round like that? I have an interchangeable crochet set with the cords I can't do a double ended hook because I only have one hook of each size. So is it possible to do it with a long cord or what two hook sizes should I use for the double ended hook?
    Thanks
