Strange to have the Busch race on NBC, and the Winston Cup race on TNT.
They could've used "Rocky Mountain Way" by Joe Walsh in their intro!
Don't worry, TBS would... for the 2006 Colorado vs Colorado State NCAA football game (Rocky Mountain Showdown rivalry game)
The TNN boys Jarrett and Sheheen on pit road :)
With Allen Bestwick and Benny Parsons in the booth, because Bill Weber, Wally Dallenbach, Marty Snider and Matt Yocum were at Pocono.
A shame NASCAR shut this place down. It's still there but doubtful it will be used in a meaningful way.
I had to watch footage of this race to find out whether Pikes Peak Speedway was a short track or a mid-length oval. It's a mid-length oval.
I forgot that Bill Elliott won pocono that week and the brickyard the following week.
i love :)

At least Allen Bestwick and Benny Parsons were on NBC that day; but where were Bill Weber, Wally Dallenbach, Dave Burns, Marty Snider and Matt Yocum?
At Pocono
@@santinopucheta1111 So that's why Glenn Jarrett and Ralph Sheheen were the only ones on pit road?
@@JasonDelarosa2000 exactly
@santinopucheta1111 They could've had Steve Byrnes join. Where was he?

Was there any mention of Andy Kirby's passing that week?
they did the previous race at gateway
Just saw thanks! I always thought he died this week for some reason.
