So...can we kinda agree that most of the super speedway races in the early 2000's for the Busch series were kinda shit because of Dale Jr. winning most of them?
Man these old nascar intros on NBC really get you pumped!
I was just about to say it's the intro "fuel for fire" is what they call it but the og song is just fuel
That exact scheme Junior drove is being brought back for Throwback Weekend at Darlington for Allgaier's #7
Junior led all of the 100 laps. No driver could do that on a restrictor plate racetrack.
Mark Martin
@@ryancurley2351 What about Mark Martin?
@@jackpierce1724 Mark led every lap at Dega in ‘96 and won the quickest race in history. I love both drivers so I just figured I’d point that out.
@@ryancurley2351 No he didn't. It's impossible to lead every lap in Dega. Unless they use the 2001 packages.
Lol it was 1997 and mark only led 47 laps my guy
Allen Bestwick is much smoother than Rick Allen.
Thanks so much for uploading this! Been looking for this one for a long while now
This is probably the biggest ass whooping that I have seen an driver put on an entire field at a plate track.
Michael Dillon Harrison he whopped them worse in the 2006 race..10 sec lead at one point
No different then what his Dad did at times at Daytona or Dega
@@jwill239 06 was Dale Jr last plate win for DEI
@@jwill239 jr didnt win the race tho or lead all the laps so nah
@@DERACODA Wrong.
In the backup car is now rotting in dale Juniors woods😁
Wow, 0 lead changes. If social media existed during this, there would be riots lol.
I was there, my first race ever... I love Jr , Mikey..it was awesome but boring af

The Plate Package was total Rubbish. No wonder they went the new package for 2004.
Crazy, biffle spun at the end and they didn't throw a yellow. Nowadays, they'd throw the yellow so quick for their bullshit overtime.
More for safety
I swear every old Busch vid I watch mike Bliss crashes out and is crying
Wally Dallenbach was such a jerk especially in the short years after this.
Jr dominated

It's sad that dale jr used that car as target practice.

not really
LG GM This race was shit because it was just plain boring, lol. Jr dominating didn't help.
well if you are one of the cancer cells of the nascar fanbase who rip on successful driver's then yeah, you guys make the races shit. :/
Starzcraft88 Jr is successful? Can you show me all his cup championships? Or any accomplishments he had at Hendrick?
Collin McNaught here's an example:

Also, you don't need to have championships to be successful :/
That was an awful rendition of the National Anthem
