I save my fat/calories and am mostly veg/vegan, but have been known to eat a $25 multi-designed cheesecake within a few days. By myself, lol.
I also work out hard, and have my daily dose of 1 oz. of ACV before dinner. It is a blood-sludge degreaser for the Circulatory system.

@@majoroldladyakamom6948 I am not only mostly vegan, I am fully vegan and I'm actually skinny and work out 6-7 times per week, so I'm good. But when my local supermarket has my favorite cake, I eat it by myself within 2 days😆. I wouldn't opt for those pills by the way (as a chemist, just a friendly device).
That being said: I don't believe in anything but science and myself.
