I currently have some late payments on my account due to arrears and payment agreements but as of last month, I’ve cleared all my debt and am now completely debt-free. I have no CCJs or defaults on my record. The only remaining issue is the late payments, but starting next month, those should be resolved since I’ve paid everything off. Any advise where you think i might stand a chance with a 10% in the next 12 months.. Thanks!
Hi alex, thanks for all the information… Can I get a mortgage with 5 defaults all satisfied and between 3 and 4 yrs old? If so how much could I get from the lender with 42k/yr employee and 35k on self employed after tax? Looking forward to talk to in the future .. Many thanks

I got 4 defaults from 2019 (not settled ) Might have ccj too but I haven't checked. Do you think I could get mortgage?
You should have options with a 15% deposit. Is that possible ?
