Hi Alex, I just find out that I have a ‘Q’ on my credit report. It’s on my credit card since 2020 till today. Do you have any clue why that may be? I’m so stressed as I’m applied for a mortgage and already have DIP agreed with Skipton. Will they reject my mortgage application? Help pls!

Never ever come across that! If your agreed in principle you should be ok.
How long into your credit history do they look into? My gf has a few missed payments from 2018 would this be an issue?
It might be okay, it might not, it’s impossible to tell without looking at the whole credit file and what you’re looking to do…

If you are buying in cash, you wouldn’t need a mortgage. An agreement in principle is just passing the credit score of a mortgage lender.
@@alexkerrmortgage would I benefit just spending 300k in cash on a house or getting a 100k mortgage and using 300k cash to buy a 400k house?
