Cool video! This house is trippy! My ex step grandparents lived in a gorgeous, however haunted, Los Feliz mansion. I’m... sensitive. Whenever I went over there I’d get really tired, felt just off, among other experiences. I often went in a bedroom to lay down, in the middle of all the activities, just every time I went there I would be exhaust before the toddlers and I was a teenager. I’d wander the house and grounds a lot when things weren’t busy. We went there for Christmas and Thanksgiving and such. The place was so amazingly timeless and the grounds were beautiful with an original pool (super cool, I love stuff like that). After the first time I went there I just had to ask if there were any “happenings” in that house. They bought it in the late 40’s or early 50’s and my step dad grew up there for most of his life. My step dad thought it was weird I’d ask because there was a crazy amount of activity and I was never told anything about it, not was my mother. He didn’t like talking about it. Like furniture moving, food being pulled out of the fridge, a bunch of stuff. The house next door burnt down twice? This is what I was told, I didn’t research it. They sold in the early 2000’s because it was just 2 big for 2 elderly people. An old sitcom star, I’m not sure who, bought the house from my ex step grandparents. There may be a newspaper article about it. Los Feliz Blvd has always been a weird, old money mansions, rich in history, area to me. I love it.

Paul de River he was a Police Psychiatrist and Pioneer Crime Doctor the worked on The Black Dahlia case I meet Jacque in a retirement home where I use to work she gave me the book and signed it for me, I use to visit her in her room because she was a fascinating woman and she had some amazing stories. She said the case was a curse for her family the worse thing that happened to her family.

Why would they gut out the house? Its not like thats going to do anything to erase the history. Probably some flipper that is going to use the cheapest materials to flip the house. Which has been common in Los Angeles for the last 8-10 years or so.
There are some haunted places in Prague and some haunts in England from what I remember but maybe it’s all the ancient burial grounds or Americas new and not always so great history anyway I’ll send some over 😀
Yeah, I made up this INSANE story, like TOO WEIRD to be true just to make this boring story seem interesting. What happened is what happened. I'm a skeptic. I don't *generally* believe in ghosts. This could have been and probably was a sheer coincidence. However that doesn't mean I wasn't, or couldn't have been freaked out. If I'm going to make up a "ghost" story, there will be actual ghosts, not just random weirdness.

I was notified by Zillow (I saved this house because I was so fascinated by its history) that the house sold two days ago for $2.35 million.
I think at one point it was at almost 3mil but seemed to change hands many times
