Now, if you haven’t watched the interview, the controversial one term Prez set the record straight about his stance on vaccines telling the former Fox News correspondent, who, as we all know is staunchly against the jab, that the life-saving drug was one of the biggest achievements of his administration.

I'd like to know where you're getting your information from because it is catagorically false. Infection rates may be higher due to sheer population in some areas but per capita it is MUCH higher in places where there are less restrictions. Not just here but all over the world. I've been reading epidemiology reports out of South Korea for 2 years. before Fauci was a common name here or went on TV. I've been in the medical field both natuopathic and mainstream for 45 years the last 8 in psych. I worked in a compounding pharmacy for 3 years and had to wear a masks 5-6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day, I know how far particulates travel with and without a mask, and I also worked with substances so volatile masks were not enough I had to put my hands through a glass sterile box with gloves. So it is NOT my opinion it is my professional observation. Happy New Year
@@anitaokonkwo2755 You are right on one thing, with the Omicron variant they are saying that the cloth masks are not as effective as the woven fiber ones but there is not enough data on exactly why. This virus is mutating so fast because of people being so lax about it, it is mutating in a natural progression but we are giving it too much to feed off of when you have people assuming they are immune after having it. If masks don't work why in South Korea where the population is around 52 million in a place the size of Minnesota there has been less than 6,000 deaths, and most of those were when the Delta variant was introduced, and here in the states we are over 800,000 dead. I hate wearing masks, but I do it because I know it would stop me from spreading it more than protect me. If I get it I'm dead, I have 2 forms of Lupus and still fighting Thyroid cancer so I'm like WTF when it comes to me, what wil be will be.

I tend to disagree that more obese people die WORLDWIDE. Maybe in the U.S. but I'm an expat in Europe (Spain 9 years, Scotland 1 year, now in France) and I can tell you Spaniards and Italians are not obese and hundreds of 1000s died so quickly during the first wave of coronavirus. I worked in small towns in northeastern Spain and have many friends whose families were affected by these deaths.

My dad is a cardiologist. He laments the meme that COVID mainly affects obese people every time it comes up because of his own experiences with young "healthy weight" patients who have died of COVID.
Because healthy weight people can have high blood pressure diabetes and high cholesterol

I myself am very overweight, but was thin till I went thru chemotherapy about 12yrs ago. I just had my wellness test done for work and my cholesterol is great. My HDL is 63 and my LDL is 99 so being heavy does not always mean in poor health. I do have other problems but none of them are weight associated.
Do I still try to lose weight, absolutely, but at 63 the only way I am going to have a hot, smokin body again is when I am cremated.

High blood pressure (Hypertension), High LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol, or high levels of triglycerides (Dyslipidemia), Type 2 diabetes, Coronary heart disease Stroke, Gallbladder disease, Osteoarthritis (a breakdown of cartilage and bone within a joint), Sleep apnea and breathing problems, etc,.
I lost 67 lbs in the last year due to health issues. Now I'm worried about being too skinny. I'd rather be fat and healthy then in the situation I'm in now.
@@TheMightymo05 I recently in the last 3 years became overweight due too endometriosis and an abdominal mass that caused 24/7 abdominal inflammation which causes weight gain and fat buildup a reaction the body has so it can consistently hold the weight of fluid buildup from inflammation but my blood pressure is always great my cholesterol is always great my blood sugar is always great thyroid normal and my eating habits are normal to healthy but my weight gain is not due too unhealthy lifestyle it’s due too a condition that some women once our period starts for the first time get unlucky and develop and endometriosis is unavoidable unless you get a hysterectomy in your late teens, but if you have a menstrual cycle if you are one of the very common unlucky millions of women too inherit endometriosis there is no known way too avoid it and especially after having children it worsens and causes consistent uncontrollable inflammation.
I would like to see Candace Owens addressing a Trump Rally talking about how obese people are the problem. I am sure that would go over well coming from a black woman.

Candace really waddled in the gutter on this one. Not everyone who is clinically obese, as she referenced, is unconcerned about her health. She is not Meghan's physician, nor is she her friend. Therefore, she doesn't know why Meghan is overweight. Making a disparaging remarks about someone's phenotype opens up Candace to others focusing on her appearance. This reminds me of a similar situation between two of our high-school classmates. One of the football players quickly chimed in "she's fat and you're ugly, but she can lose weight."

Weight may not be contagious but being obese is definitely a comorbidity that increases your likelihood of having severe complications from covid.
It's not in a physical way contagious, but if one grows up in a family of obese parents and 1 or more obese siblings, the mindset "it's okay to be obese" is likely to spread.

I am extremely thin, and my health is terrible. The reason I am so thin is because I have gastroparesis, and I can't eat anything. And I've received more compliments for losing 90 pounds in a year than when I graduated college with honours, or anything I've done in my life. It's ridiculous and sad.
