My video about wearing all black: • My ALL BLACK minimalis...
I don't like to live life with regrets, but why the hell did I buy all this designer/luxury clothing during 2022-2023? 🧐 Was it all a waste of money & time? Join me on my journey towards creating a minimal-ish capsule wardrobe.

Great video. I’ve always kinda struggled with buying too much stuff but I’ve kind of found a little system where I sell off stuff that I’m not wearing after it’s been sitting for a certain amount of time.
It’s very very imperfect, I’ve definitely sold off stuff that I later regretted but it at least keeps my thinking critically not only about how much stuff I have but also about what I’m buying.
I have to consider if it’s even going to be worth returning or selling at a loss if I buy it. I’ve got to really want it and can see how I’m going to use it beyond a one time wear.
Either way some great items in this video and a really great perspective on why they didn’t work for you! 🦇
That's a rly smart system! Makes sense - if you haven't worn it in forever, why hold onto it?
1 in/1 out also works p well for me for keeping things kinda tidy and not overspending/overconsuming.

🦇 I have a couple of friends that went ascetic-inspired (same five grey shirts, same 3 pants, etc) as well as folks who lean toward muted/non-descript options. I can barely do that with just socks!
haha yeah that kinda lifestyle is def not for everyone. Going all black in my wardrobe has surprisingly stretched my imagination more in terms of styling - lots of textures, silhouettes, fabrics, etc to experiment with. I want less stuff, but I also don't want boring clothes, so it's a good challenge to keep things interesting with a limited palette 👌🏼
@@b3naqua Also not that I think all-black clothing is boring, just a challenge
@@Doccerz yes! and I'm here for a good challenge!
smart man. Too many people i see on fashion content have waaaay too much clothes. There is no way the pieces get worn enough. Also, buying clothes you eventually dont like is a great learning experience. As you get older, the style matures with you. Am I calling you old? maybe..maybe.. hahahah
BANNED 🚨 lmao yeah when fashion creators talk about their 300 pairs of shoes etc, it's like yo there are only 7 days in a week lol when are they wearing all this sht?? Your approach to styling and aesthetics makes more sense - have a smaller amount of pieces, but the stuff that does remain is stunning & elevated af. So almost every fit combo looks sickening 👌🏼
@@b3naqua just make sure you gotta wash them more often lmao
@@thefridaynightboi lol yeah def gotta do a load of under layers like every 1.5 weeks. So easy tho to throw everything in the same load and air dry on a rack, Olive Garden lyfe ™
! Scandalous Comment ! good video, thanks for sharing your clothes story. 🏏🦇
escandalo 😝 thx for watching Mark!
