I'm in absolute amazement of this series and your work and the stays are so darn cute. But seeing how much pocket space you made me giggle thinking you could carry a small dog or cat with you at all times.
Is this an original or updated version of the pattern? I purchased this pattern and it does not have the fabric at the base but is all tie adjustested at the boning and my pattern does not account for the pocket slits. Am I missing something?
I adjusted my pattern to include the fabric at the bottom because I wanted functional pocket hoops. I talked about that in the beginning of the video and I linked the tutorial I used in the video description :)
Hi! I'm so sorry, but that boning came from my stash. It's so old that I don't remember where I bought it. I did hear a rumor that it wasn't be produced anymore. I think it was called hoop boning, but I can't quite remember.
This was a really fun series to watch while hand stitching boning channels for my stays
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I know what it's like to need a bit of background noise when you're hand stitching so I'm glad I could provide it for you!
I binge watched this entire series and really appreciate you doing this! Thank you!
Oh wow! Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it enough to binge it! :D
This was my second time watching this whole series. While I am sitting, hand sewing some binding on a dress. It was just as lovely the 2nd time 🙃
Awww thank you, Cathy!

Awww thank you so much! We actually have a 12 week old puppy, but she's already too big for these pocket hoops! Maybe I need bigger ones ;P
Not lazy. Efficient!
I like the way you think!
Though, I only viewed Series 5 to 7 this has been enjoyable to watch. I have plans to watch the earlier ones. Beautiful job!
Aww thank you! It says a lot that you're willing to go back watch the others! I hope you enjoy them as well!
@@HattoHem, you're welcome! I began watching right after this comment and plan to finish.
Lol... I just found you. Thanks for this. I'm in the middle of making mine❣️
Hi! I hope your hoops turn out well!
Expeditious! That's what you are. Thank you, I'm about ready to start my own version of this pattern.
Aww thank you! I hope you have good luck with it!
You are doing great work! I'm still working through all your videos and enjoying them so much.
I am actually working a Lestat gendebend cosplay using the same patterns so thanks for sharing
I can’t believe I wasn’t following you on IG!!
I hope you're following me now ;P
Hat to Hem sure am!

I’m using the simplicity pattern size 22 do I need to size up the bottom and side pattern pieces from dreamstress or will those dimensions still work?
Hi, i was curious, where did you buy the boning ?

For a size 12, the bottom of the hoop, doesn't fit, I need to put 2,5cm on both side to get the right fit
That's a good tip! Thank you for sharing it!
