He didn't planed it in the End. He was lucky because he had no ender pearls, Sapnap dropped them when George killed him.

I think the 2v1 is one of the best moments in the series, because Dream is actually capable of winning 2v1s by normal combat.
And just think about how much he's improved from when they filmed that manhunt. Insane
he won a 5v1 in the dream vs 5 hunters rematch
He actually made those tunnels to get away, I know because he said it in his analysis.

@Renit Chaunhan I think it's due to being a supersupporter as they get early access to videos meaning they can comment earlier than those that aren't super supporters

PLEASE react to George's "Minecraft but I'm not colorblind anymore" video. George has a colorblindness that makes it hard for him to see redish and greenish colors. The glasses he wears don't let him see 100 percent what we normally see but it's closer to what colors normally look like to us. PLEASE REACT TO IT!!!!!!

I honestly don't care if these videos are staged or not, they're so damn entertaining. Also, it would have to be half-scripted improv, because it's not like they can exactly predict everything that happens.
8:38 Those tunnels were planned for his OWN escape, as he said in the analysis video (this one had an analysis video)
--:-- Nether tracking works since 1.16, which is what was used since 3 hunters finale rematch.
About the ending, that was the most epic moment until 3 hunters finale rematch came out (then he pulled off the _actual_ thing he intended to do this time, which is more skill and just as impressive). 3 hunters grand finale and 4 hunters grand finale have even better moments.
I usually root for the hunters as I like the underdogs. Looking forward to 3 hunters next.

I know that you have question why dream finds nether fortress much faster than mostly Minecraft players I have answer
1st u have noticed when dream tries to find nether fortress he always checks coordinates so this is a mechanic that lands are divided in 2 areas negative area and positive area now u will think that negative means negative coordinate and positive means + coordinates but it's not first click on f4 key then on bottom left it will show positive or negative AND in nether there are 30% chance that fortress will spawn in positive area and 70% chance that it will spawn in negative area so dream uses this complicated mechanic to find nether fortress

Amazing video :) But I'm wondering why you said at 29:13 that this was smart? Dream fell slowly into the void. Sapnap and George were standing right above him. He had no Ender Pearls. After that George hit Sapnap and because he was low he died. Luckily for Dream Sapnap had Ender Pearls and they dropped in the accurate angle in Dream's inventory. He threw the Pearl and saved his life. I think that lucky would be a better word for this scene. Wasn't sure if you knew what was happening so I wanted to tell it you now. Keep going do your amazing content. I love your reactions :D

the miracle save from the void at the end of the video where the pearls fall off the edge into his hotbar has always been one of my favorite moments from his manhunt series

The bit with snow disguised bed worked on Dream though, he walked right past it in the moment before he finds Sapnap hiding
Nether tracking comes with the nether update! They added the Lodestone, which can be used with compasses in the nether, which is what allowed it to start working.

Snowballs never dealt knockback, it was a plugin, almost every server used that plugin so now a lot of people think that snowballs used to deal knockback
