I had seen this yarn before, and I didnt think I really liked it. Then I saw what you did with it and you have magically made it into a gorgeous blanket!! Thank you for your tutorials. You explain everything so nicely. I cannot wait to make this for my granddaughter. I truly need 48 hours in a day!! Thank you, again.

Sometimes I see yarn or a tutorial and I’m not to interested until someone magically gets the coordination just right and it’s like magic. I just watched a tutorial on a bag with 2 completely different variegated yarns. They came together so beautifully. We were all in awe even the creator lol. You just never know!!!

I watched the square tutorial first and you use a double treble as the post stitch this one use only use double treble. When I started this one I did have trouble making the post stitches long enough so tried following the first tutorial….so if anyone selected has problems perhaps this my help them. Love turning my work, seeing the wrong side of the stitch on alternating rows adds texture and I find visually pleasing. Thank you so much. Bye. 💁🏼‍♀️

I used white in the center, then changed the color every round, so that I always used white for the front post stitches. I finished off with 2 rounds of red moss stitch, then 2 rounds of blue moss stitch.
I like that it has two distinct looks for the front and back.

How many balls of yarn for a small baby blanket, please?

If they are 100g balls, I would personally use about 3, maybe 4 if you plan to add a few rounds for a border 🌸
