- These places have one thing in common - the entrance looks really sketchy... But the places themselves are among our most favourite. Enjoy!

Congrats to Honza and his new wife!!!! And Káča shouldn't be shy - she speaks a 1000% more English than most of us speak Czech.
Přesně tak
exactly
I lost it at 'and no he didn't actually marry me' 😆 Congrats and best wishes to Honza and his lovely wife ❤️❤️
Thank you!
@@HONESTGUIDE Honza got tied down……..
One of them was bound to catch him with all his female admirers.
Your wedding may come & go,but may your love forever grow.
I wish Him & his beloved all the blessings they deserve.
Good luck Honza you are gonna need it.
@@HONESTGUIDE He didnt marry you? Ah , what a loss for both you :D
Honza's married now? Half the girls in Prague must be crying! 😭 💔
Hahah, aww 😃
Why only half?
@@HONESTGUIDE Did you ask Honza about putting subtitles on his channel?
Pretty please?
@@parpar3 the other half are janek's
@@TheMightsparrow it would be great!
I’ve lived and worked in Prague for one year and a half. It was the best 18 months of my life. Your videos brings these memories back to me, therefore I always got this stupid smile on my face while watching them. Thank you for keeping me connected to CZ, at least until I come back. Hopefully definitely. 😉
This is too strange....I lived in Prague for awhile too. Lived near Andel. Karvana Co Hleda Jmeno was one of my haunts.
I love the repurposing and restoration of abandoned structures. Prague is on my bucket list. With a Polish wife I have been so close yet so far for over 5 years.
Congrats to Honza on getting married! 🥳
Ps. We need emo haircut Janek back lol
I spent two weeks in Prague about three weeks ago and hit two out of three. I will visit the third when I go back! Thanks guys for the great work. I can’t wait for my Honest merch to ship. Take care!
Thank you so much! The merch should shipp tomorrow, hope it reaches you soon! Thanks for the support!
i completed my masters in near prague and i am in USA now but I still misses prague. Its an amazing city.
We were just in Prague last week. It is an amazing city.
Hey Honest Guide, just wanted let you know that I have just arrived in Prague and am staying the week. I am visiting Prague because of your AMAZING videos so I hope your tourist minister appreciates you and all the hard work you do making such 'honest' videos. Keep up the good work.
Congratulations to Honza and his bride. Can we see some more photos ? Hope the dress survived the water. Lots of luck for the future !!! Garden restaurants are great but what do they do in the winter ?
Who cares if the dress survived. It's not like you ever wear it more than once so at least she had fun with it. :)
Most wedding dresses are so poofy you risk drowning in them on land let alone in a pool. Let's be happy she survived even if the dress didn't, lol.
Love the renovation work on these places! Definitely some great work from Káča and her team. Also.. tanti auguri Honza!!!! You all looked so good in the wedding pictures. Love from Italy
When I went to Prague our Airbnb host recommended that coffee place! We thought we were lost when we got to the location cause it is so hidden haha such an awesome spot
I've so enjoyed this vlog. It makes sense that in an ancient city such as Prague, older (younger than the orig buildings) and abandoned buildings are renovated, repurposed, and get a new lease of life. That adds to the beauty of the city. I have lived in London all my life, and older, abandoned areas are being rejuvenated now. Infinitely better than knocking everything down to rebuild, so I am so pleased to have found this vlog!
so informativ! so unterhaltsam! so sympathisch! so kreativ! Einen Kanal wie "honest guide" täte jeder Stadt gut, aber das schöne Prag hat diese gute Darstellung verdient.
Uff those eggs benedict looked sublime❤️ Can’t wait to visit! Thanks x sharing!!!
Massive congrats to Honza and his new wife! Thanks to you both for the video, I enjoy out of the ordinary hidden places and hope to visit these lovely independent ventures on my next visit to Praha.
That egg looked like a marshmallow.
Congratulations Janek and Honza from Greece 5 times i have been in Prague and every time i find something New because of you👍
I honestly Cant stop watching his videos, I am planning a trip, and got prolly 4-5 hrs in Prague, and I have consumed more of his content than the time I will be in Prague. I absolutely love him and Prague.
Great we visited one of them today. Nice and warm with lots of tourist.
please more of this kind of coffee shops in Czech and the world
I used to live in Holešovice when I studied abroad and would go to Vnitroblock to study. I miss it so much! Thanks for bringing back the good memories :)
Great video as always
I just shifted to Prague! I'm gonna plan my weekeds around your videos now!!
I was just at Kavárna co hledá a few weeks ago. That place had the most interesting eggs benny I've ever seen, and you could slam like 2 of them they were so good. The vibe was so nice and chill. Plus they had a lotus flavored cheesecake. So good! And glad to see it on here
Congratulation Honza!!! Entering new chapter of life....
Honest guide is amazing.
this is gold !!!
Awesome, love your video’s and the Andes area. I park my car there few times a month and did. It know there is a hidden coffee shop; will be trying it
I was in Prague a few weeks ago and I went to the first place (Kavárna co hledá jméno)! Can indeed confirm it was the best eggs benedict I ever had :) Will definitely go there again next time I am back!
We'll be in Prague in 10 days, looking forward to checking this places out!
Very cool places! I like these type of rustic style of cafeterias mixed in with nature. 💚
Looking forward to visit Czechia soon 😍
Hello from central Texas
@Lea Remington
Lots of Czechs moved to New bruanfels are you there?

Hello from Iowa 😊
HOW do they get the eggs like that?? I have to learn this dark art!
CONGRATULATIONS HONZA!!!!! xoxoxo
Gratulujeme Hanza a krásná nevěsta. Přeji vám mnoho láskyplných, humorných let. 🥰 (and oh boy, would you all have fun over the relationship guessing from some and so right, what would it even matter 🤗).
Thank you so much! 💛
Many Congrats to honza 🎉, I got a chance to congratulate so late as I saw this video just now 😊
Beautiful
3:32 that smile🙂
Congratulations Honza and his wife!
Congratulations Honza!
A True Honest Guide episode, Thank You! ;) That is why I like HG. :) I hope one day I will have the chance to discover "hidden gems" like these ones in this video. ;) --- The „sad thing” is Honmza is married, good thing is Janek still available! :) ;) :P 😂 😂 😂 😘 😍 ❤
Best wishes and hugs from Sásd, Hungary :)
thx, i will try eggs benedict on tuesday at Kavárna co hledá jméno
Great places, will visit after the pandemic is finally OVER!
I’m mostly impressed by the fact that Honza doesn’t like eggs. Thought I was the only one! 🥳
Chuchle 2022!
I've heard a few years ago that the Radlická kulturní sportovna was going to be changed into an Albert supermarket. Is that not going to happen? 🥰 Such a great space.
I wish there were more places like these ones in Bratislava
There are some. Do you know Nová Cvernovka or Cyklo Kuchyňa, for example? :)
@@lenka6270 I know Nová Cvernovka, it's awesome there but it's far from where I live. I've never heard of Cyklo Kuchyňa, I have just looked it up, thank you for the tip 😁
Can you do videos about buying things at a good price like the best grocery or best shop for home goods, cleaning etc ?
I think I visited Kavárna co hledá jméno in 2019, to buy a copy of your book before catching a bus from Na Knížecí
I don't understand how someone can dislike this video!?
One word: Trolls
Check the pictures you say.
Did, about 25 years ago in a place called Trhak. Never left so quickly :)
the random knife on the pool ledge tho haha
Congrats Honza!!! Guys, I will be here for another year, but I don’t know any breakfast places, or what how much I should pay for a coffee 🙈
Lumineers from Denver, or another band by that name? Congratulations to Honza and his bride.
Those Lumineers! :) And thank you!
Wow awesome places. Is there already or is it possible to make a list with like the top.10 places to visit next to the main attractions.
Okay, so, serious question: In each of these venues, I see books. Not just a few books, but shelves of books. The first place had books in every window sill, and on every horizontal surface. I must know: Are these books for show, or are the people of Prague extremely literate? Would a writer be well served to translate all his books to Czech, and sell them in all the Prague bookstores?
You forgot Food Lab. Best Eggs Benedict I ever had
While you now have your own company, isn't it an idea to franchise it. Honest Barcelona, Honest Rome etc.... 😊
He said in some interview here in Czechia that He plannes this, Iam not sure He said IT exactly like that but He spoke about this idea going international :)
Omg those eggs 🥚
Name it „Honest Café“ 😆
České slovíčko na závěr!
🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for even more great info, Janek and Honza! Way to catch the scammer yesterday, but too bad the police didn’t find the victims. Hmm, maybe us Americans can try to exchange some money… 🤔 Let us know if you want to 📹! 😉
PANR has tuned in.
❤❤❤
I gotta know how they cooked that egg?
Goodness gracious, all that time I thought that you guys were a couple. : )
Damn, I love your places and I have to visit Prague one day. Any recommendations on the part, I should get a hotel or maybe a hotel that is not a scam?
Do a video about Karlovy vary plz. We've already seen everything in Prague.
Here you go ua-cam.com/video/ENL_iZU1mBo/v-deo.html
@@HONESTGUIDE oh no. My bad. I missed it. I seriously watch all your videos. Somehow slipped by. Was great though. Go back and visit the mineral springs and casinos. I never went inside.
Thank you for the weekly dose of why 2024 IIHF Worlds needs to get here soon. Also, many congratulations to Honza!
I have a favourite place in České Budějovice. It may have not be the nicest, but I have a special reason that I don't know to share. :-)
Love these videos but I'm wondering if these new places are gentrifying and pricing out the locals? Have you guys had any issues with that?
What backpack and camera do you use
Any plans on taking channel abroad?
Dang Serbian and Czech are very similar. Skriveno mesto,Skrivena mesta.
I agree with Honza. I don’t like eggs either.
Co takhle Supertramp Coffee? To už nemůže být skrytější ;-) Bude někdy něco o nohejbalu??
Haha, I really thought you two are couple. Anyway, congrats Honza!
A pint of hollandaise to drink
👍 👍 👍!!!
a tree for less than 4 euro's?! HELL YEAH
Compared to chicago, there seem to be very few people around.
Where is that restaurant
Honza, a serious question. Is there a Taco Bell restaurant in Prague? Or anywhere in the Czech Republic? I'll be sure to visit Vnitoroblok next time I am in Prague.
There’s not 😃 The closest to it would be Burrito Loco but it’s really not the same. Try Cantina for a good mexican cuisine or Alebrijes Cocina Mexicana :)
hallo janek und honza! Pls react to this new drivers law in prague: chech drivers to pass cyclists 1.5m distance? im also a cyclist here in the philippines. Tnx and more power to honest guide.
7:40 hats off, ne hats down 😶
Everybody watched the video to see Honza's wedding 😁
If this was a serious channel about Prague’s gems they would have already dedicated a video to U RAFA!!!!!! :-D
What a shame…
