Interesting. So is there any way to reuse for mold making for jewelry?

Is it possible to cook the plaster for too long and it burn?
Also there might be some leftover superglue in the mix of waster plaster. Will this be a problem?

If im not mistaken there is such a thing as dead lime which happens if you burn it too hot

If you stay at the temperatures in this video, you cannot cook for too long. If you go too high above this temperature then you can dehydrate the plaster too far which makes it react too much with water, and this will affect how it sets negatively. If you cook at an even hotter temperature (say, much above 450F) then you will alter the crystal structure and it may no longer set at all.

A lot. I do it for a hobby so I'm no expert, but I kept recycling my plaster molds for past years. Some of them must have been recycled up to 5 times
