Kingpin suit had his cufflinks like in DD(for those who don't know,it implies it's a custom made bulletproof dress) It explains how he endured beyond his muscles(not fat)
If they follow the comic books, Wilson Fisk is not dead, but blinded as a result of being shot by Echo. The number 19 confirms that Laura is this universe's Mockingbird. Detail: Wilson Fisk cared about Echo enough to learn how to read sign language. In the comics, Clint was the one to suggest boomerang arrow, and Kate shot it down. I like this interpretation of Kate. They added just the right amount of Leeroy Jenkins. I need two things: first, a Kate and Yelena movie, and second, for it to have a subplot involving the further adventures of Swordsman and the LARPers. About the post-credit scene: that was probably important work for those Broadway people with the pandemic messing things up. Second, the Broadway writer said he deliberately made the song bad to fit the scene in episode 1.
Fun fact, the older white guy singing in the ROGERS song is Adam Pascal, who played "Roger" in the original RENT decades back. And Jack is a version of Jacques the Swordsman, a criminal who first fought then later joined the Avengers for a while in the comics and who helped train Hawkeye. This show was a lot better than I thought it would be and got me very excited to see Maya again in ECHO (wonder if Daredevil will show up there too).
What people don’t realize of kingpin is that even though he looks chunky it’s 10% fat and the rest is literally muscle so he has layers and thickness of pure muscle so when people see him they underestimate him thinking he’ll be just fat and slow when he is beyond tip top shape his strength rivals Spider-Man’s powers strength in the comics maya shoots his eyes out but he lives so the ending of the t.v show even though it looks like the end we know it won’t be the last time we seen kingpin
KIngpin is incredibly strong in the comics, but he is still just a human. He is probably in the range of strength of Captain America in the comics (not the movies) who is still human, even though the peak human. Kingpin is not anywhere near as strong as Spiderman, however. There is a famous story where the Kingpin has Aunt May shot and Peter goes to see Kingpin in prison. In front of the entire prison population, he easily and mercilessly beats Kingpin within an inch of his life and reminds him that he is just a normal man, under all of his muscle. He also promises to come back and kill KP the moment Aunt May dies. This storyline is "One More Day," where Peter ends up making a deal with Mephisto to save Aunt May, so he never has to go back and kill KP.
That clock that Clint's wife wanted so much, It has the number 19 in the back, agent 19 is her codename in the comics, she's also know as Mockingbird, a really good Agent of Shield
Yeah, the Kazi stuff was the weakest part of this episode. They spent five episodes establishing him as a chump, only for him to suddenly be a threat in the last episode? Little late for that.
Tbh I feel like establishing him as a chump wasn’t even intentional, they just never developed Kazi at all. He was just kinda there for the past five episodes. And all of a sudden he’s saying stuff like “I’m gonna enjoy this” and “I can’t walk in both worlds.” Such random phrases written just so Kazi can seem more developed and more tough than he really is.
How was he a chump? He received the same training as Maya. He was one of the kids in her martial arts class. It was established that he was Kingpin's second. I think people are confusing him with the rest of the tracksuit mafia.
@@bruceturnbull4219 I felt like Kazi was hiding his power level. As in, he was the one in charge, because of his proximity to Kingpin, but he and Kingpin let Maya believe she was the one in charge. To put up a barrier between the people running the operation and the Tracksuit gang. That way they would have Maya as a patsy to take the fall if the heat came down. Kazi could just play stupid and feed Maya to the cops if trouble arose. Kind of like how old timey Italian mafia did it. Godfather style. Kazi had been keeping watch over her, like he had done to her father, to make sure she did not get too froggy.
Best reactions to this show hands y'all be killing me lol! & yes the Watch belongs to Laura Barton it had the Shield logo & the number 19 on it, so basically in the MCU she is or was "Agent 19" which means she used to be "Mockingbird" who in the comics was Hawkeye's partner/sidekick & obvious love interest, which Bobby Mourse from Agents of Shield also took the "Mockingbird" moniker which probably makes her the 2nd "Mockingbird" & Laura being the first/original for the MCU, Agent Carter is also known as "Agent 13" so most Shield agents have numbers assigned to them.
WOW Roshi, you really knocked out that memory I had when you mentioned the Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. I was real big into shows like that as a kid so thank you for bringing that up and now I have something new to pass the time with.
18:48 I missed watching the Daredevil show. Might watch it. But, I have been reading Marvel comics for 30 years. When Kingpin started stomping towards Kate, my brain just started screaming for her to run. That man is strong and tough enough to trade blows with Spider Man and walk away. When she shot him, and he belted her ten feet away, then the car hit him and threw him through the window, I was like "There's your chance, RUN! NOW!" Yeah, Kate got lucky. Really lucky. Kingpin could pull her arms and legs off with ease.
Angry Kingpin is so freaking awesome. “And the Bishop Woman! She thinks she can quit her job as if she works for Goldman Sachs !” Then this man rips off a whole car door, gets an arrow in the chest, gets hit by a car, then blown tf up and survives lol. BOSS!

The watch Clint gave to his wife belongs to her, it references the comic books where she is S.H.I.E.L.D agent Number 19. Codenamed: Mockingbird. Who would later fake her death to live her life with Hawkeye.
You can tell Yelena already likes Kate and may even consider her a friend because if it was anyone else she would just kill her to get her out of her way, she is a Black Widow after all.
About the arrow that hit Kingpin, that was predictably not gonna do much, at first I was a bit like "wow" but then I remembered that his clothes have like this strong thin layer of armor that was shown in Daredevil, although I'm not sure if they carried that here but yeah, it was dope! Nice reaction, had fun!
In the Netflix show ALL of Kingpin's clothes had bulletproofing sown into the fabric which also helped with deflecting knives etc. Same type of material Daredevil's suit is made out of by the same guy Melvin. So he definitely has that under his comic book cover clothes! Hence the arrow stoppage. Even if it got through a little have ya seen how kingpin is built lol.

Omg I’m so glad they’re gonna be reacting to Ousama Ranking!! Love that anime so far. Also I love the fact that they basically confirmed Daredevil in the MCU in so many ways lol
Kate Bishop is probably the funniest chara of the MCU. everyone is funnier with her. actually Jack is a superhero in the comic called the Swordman who trained the comic Hawkeye
In the comic Hawkeyes wife is Mockingbird - Agent 19 of Shield. Echo shot Kingpin in the head twice in the comic book but only blinded him for a couple of years till he got special surgery.
king pin adopted maya in the comics. i think they are going to do a soft reboot of daredevil. Maya/Echo was the first ronin it was also worn by hawkeye and blade
i swear you guys are the only reactions that make me laugh so hard my ribs got tough- i was laughing out hard with you guys multiple times honestly! great reaction as always !!
If you want a laugh, check S1E2 of Mandalorian again if you have not seen it. Watching a bunch of Jawas screaming and chanting: Cyka...cyka...cyka while jumping around and giggling was beyond hilarious. Apparently, it means "Egg" in Jawa.
Also remember guys since this is Netflix canon, or if it legit is, Kingpin has that BADASS suit that's knife proof AND bulletproof, and since this is comics I'm sure it's got some anti explosion in there, and he's super strong and OP so that's why he was halfway decent after all that, and it would explain why he's alive after the bullet. But even with armor on your internals are definitely scrambled.
As far as I remember Kingpin has no powers he has just spent so much of his life building up his body that his muscles are almost superhumanly dense. Making him incredibly strong, durable, and agile for his size.
So what's gonna take the place of Hawkeye since you guys finished it and there's no other MCU shows currently if you need some suggestions for short shows I recommend: D.O.T.A- Dragons blood(1S), Blood of Zues(1S) Locke & Key(2S's), Lost in Space(3S's), Lovs•Death•&Robots(2S's), DayBreak(1S).
Regarding the arrow that that somehow got stuck on Kingpin and not hurting him, don't forget this is the MCU. Stark's tech is definitely everywhere, being sold on the black market for sure. That much we know since they set that up with Vulture and Mysterio in the previous 2 Spidey movies. Kingpin with his resources could definitely have gotten hold on some nanotech Stark Industries was working on and if you wanna go for a deep cut from the comics, the Tinkerer (shown in Homecoming, working for Vulture but not explicitly named as Tinkerer) actually got hired by Kingpin to rebuild the Spider-Mobile so that Kingpin can destroy Spiderman.
In case no one has brought it up, Jack (Jacques) DuQuesne was the Swordsman in the comics and was Hawkeye's mentor. I guess they just wanted to include him in the MCU mythos somehow.

👀👀 Me remembering the Marvel studios Vp saying they’re open to making musicals and Kevin Feige beings big reason why the musical was the post credit scene
Kingpin suit had his cufflinks like in DD(for those who don't know,it implies it's a custom made bulletproof dress)
It explains how he endured beyond his muscles(not fat)
3:55: Lupa, there are people in the MCU that can snap Kingpin's neck, but they certainly weren't in that room 😂
McDonalds edit at 22:07 was literal gold
What people don’t realize of kingpin is that even though he looks chunky it’s 10% fat and the rest is literally muscle so he has layers and thickness of pure muscle so when people see him they underestimate him thinking he’ll be just fat and slow when he is beyond tip top shape his strength rivals Spider-Man’s powers strength in the comics maya shoots his eyes out but he lives so the ending of the t.v show even though it looks like the end we know it won’t be the last time we seen kingpin
2% fat
And he is nowhere near as strong as any superhuman let alone spiderman. He's about the same as cap
@@anunamusedclown6891 ehh feat wise he’s still not even near caps strength. He’s definitely strong though
So Kingpin is THICC?
I'd say he was like "above average." Better than the tracksuit mooks, but I mean he get fuckin' wrecked going up against literally anyone else.
@@tiawilliams5690 Probably because he got his ass beat with a shopping cart.
Best reactions to this show hands y'all be killing me lol! & yes the Watch belongs to Laura Barton it had the Shield logo & the number 19 on it, so basically in the MCU she is or was "Agent 19" which means she used to be "Mockingbird" who in the comics was Hawkeye's partner/sidekick & obvious love interest, which Bobby Mourse from Agents of Shield also took the "Mockingbird" moniker which probably makes her the 2nd "Mockingbird" & Laura being the first/original for the MCU, Agent Carter is also known as "Agent 13" so most Shield agents have numbers assigned to them.
jacques duquesne is actually a real Marvel 'heroe', the swordman. His story is bonker.
Wasn't he one of the Circus people who helped train Hawkeye and his brother in the comics?
@@GamerGrovyle yes and mantis' husband.
WOW Roshi, you really knocked out that memory I had when you mentioned the Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. I was real big into shows like that as a kid so thank you for bringing that up and now I have something new to pass the time with.
24:43 lmfaooo how does lupa even think of this shit😂😂
18:48
I missed watching the Daredevil show. Might watch it.
But, I have been reading Marvel comics for 30 years.
When Kingpin started stomping towards Kate, my brain just started screaming for her to run.
That man is strong and tough enough to trade blows with Spider Man and walk away.
When she shot him, and he belted her ten feet away, then the car hit him and threw him through the window, I was like
"There's your chance, RUN! NOW!"
Yeah, Kate got lucky.
Really lucky.
Kingpin could pull her arms and legs off with ease.
Angry Kingpin is so freaking awesome. “And the Bishop Woman! She thinks she can quit her job as if she works for Goldman Sachs !”
Then this man rips off a whole car door, gets an arrow in the chest, gets hit by a car, then blown tf up and survives lol. BOSS!
Kingpins suit is made out of special fabric making it like armor. Dare devil saved that guy in s1 of DD and made his suit for him.
5:16 bomboclaat 😂😂
"Bitch shut up" - Roshi lol (when the mom was talking).
13:50 if didnt know there was an actual bird in the tree back in 2020. when the tree they picked was moved to the sqaure, set up and being decorated they found an owl in there.
You guys are seriously the best reaction channel on UA-cam. Either you or Neil Talks. You know your stuff and are all incredibly sharp. I’ve been binging your stuff. Great work.
Yall made this show better than this actually is. 😭😭 the McDonald's whistle.
I swear y’all have the best commentary for your reactions hands down! Y’all have me dying laughing.
“He bought them all tracksuits for Christmas.” YO 💀💀💀🤣🤣🤣
Your Hawkeye reactions are definitely in my top 3 of your channel. They brought me so much joy 🙌🏽
🤣🤣🤣 can't get over the sound effects of ankles breaking when Kate Bishop's lands on the sidewalk 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm dead
In the comics Jack is a low level avenger called the swordsmen
The end credits was a great appreciation of the work of the actors and choreographers who put so much work into the scene from the first episode.
We need more Kingpin. We need to see him up against Spidey and I want to see him up against She-Hulk when she first gets her powers.
You guys have quickly become one of my fave reactors. You each have such unique perspectives and are funny AF!! The Dune reaction was so good I’ve watched it several times. Happy New Year!!
18:55 oh yeah
14:10 one of the larpers is acomic book character that goes by the villain name bombshell.
Omg I’m so glad they’re gonna be reacting to Ousama Ranking!! Love that anime so far.
Also I love the fact that they basically confirmed Daredevil in the MCU in so many ways lol
Lupa was so excited at the beginning to show his bow 😂😂😂
It was the “I hope not” for me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
14:49 I’m mad that Roshi remembers “Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog” from Fox Kids 😂
In the comic book echo shot kingpin in the face after she find out he kill her father. And the gun shoot blinded kingpin for a short time.
Kate Bishop is probably the funniest chara of the MCU. everyone is funnier with her.
actually Jack is a superhero in the comic called the Swordman who trained the comic Hawkeye
They revealed Laura Barton to be the retired hero mockingbird aka agent 19
In the comic Hawkeyes wife is Mockingbird - Agent 19 of Shield. Echo shot Kingpin in the head twice in the comic book but only blinded him for a couple of years till he got special surgery.
I hope I caught a clever edit with Clint whistling it sounded like The McDonalds jingle🤣😄🤣😄🤣
1. Loki
2. WandaVision
3. Hawkeye
4. What If
5. Falcon and Winter Soldier
Jacque Desquesne (aka The Swordsman)... such a great use of his character!
king pin is wearing his outfit from the family business cover
I think roshi was thinking of Michael Clark Duncan
king pin adopted maya in the comics. i think they are going to do a soft reboot of daredevil.
Maya/Echo was the first ronin it was also worn by hawkeye and blade
i swear you guys are the only reactions that make me laugh so hard my ribs got tough- i was laughing out hard with you guys multiple times honestly! great reaction as always !!
22:07 You Did Not Just Use The McDonald's Whistle 🤣
Jack is the comic book hero called swordsman. only he wasn't in his suit in this series.
🤣 mans handed him an arrow from this man's own quiver that he couldnt reach... bruh
Fisk's shadow when the screen was panning away was still standing after the gunshot sound. Not sure why a lot of people missed that.
Holy shit laying out that Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog
... glad to see I wasn't the only kid watching that back in the day!
Yelena literally just called Kate "bitch/cyka" in Russian lol
Luv the reactions. I needed this laugh going into the weekend.
I also loved how Sheera was crackin up when dudes were getting beat up. lol
The comic with that kingpin costume is Spider-Man: Family Business
That “why” from lupa was me watching it
"Fat"
"is that a power?"
Fred Dukes: is there something wrong with having Fat as a power?
