This movie fails in comparison to the comic, At this point Lupa will just have to force Roshi and Sheera to read the entire series. In fact yall should just watch youtuber Comicstorian break down the entire 5 year timespan of the Injustice. Seeing Lupa's face at how they butchered this story was the best part of the reaction.
That’s how I did it, Comicstorian would be great but I doubt they’ll sit through an entire 3hour long video about a great comic for us. Lowkey they could livestream it and have a discussion and shit all while watching the 3hr long video. It’ll be great content for them and it’ll catch them up. I doubt they’ll do it though, it’s very time consuming
So two things could’ve happened in Nightwings death: Whenever Robin gets mad at him, he always throws his staff at him with enough velocity to kill a man and expects him to catch it. Or, Nightwing just has a very soft skull and lost the will the will to live
I really dislike when people blame Batman for when his villains escape and kill again. It's not Batmans responsibility to kill, he catches them and delivers them to prison or Arkham. Its gothams justice/mental health systems that allow them to escape and kill again
Injustice Wonder Woman will always be on my *list* Also…notice Reverse Flash was in the bar after Flash’s death bc he’s sad he can’t troll Barry anymore😂

Ollie's death was also done poorly, no black canarie, did we really need Mr Terrific to somehow replace both the flash and lex? That was so random. Harley Quinn is ruined in this movie, she had no arc and was kind of just there for the ride lmao. They made Amazo replace both bizarro witch is from like year 4 or something and superman stormtroopers. Nightwings death had no impact since the immediately cut to him being Deadman. Its a mess.
I never really noticed Lex's absence but now that I see it it is a really big deal, Lex in Injustice was never a criminal or evil. He was still such a close friend that when it came to Lois being pregnant Lex was apparently amongst Batman & the Kents as the people that Clark told first.
It's only a mess if you insist on directly comparing it to the comics. If you take it for what it is, which is a stand alone movie, then it works great.
@@KurNorock even as a stand alone I wouldn't describe it as great mainly becuase of the run time. Everything is going too fast and the ending seems out of no where and is only justified by it being the way superman was stopped in the comic. It's decent as a stand alone but would have been great as a stand alone if it had at least another 30 minutes to have some sort of pacing and set up the ending better.
@@amekgomo5250 It doesn't seem like a week at all. It is clearly much longer than that. It is an animated comic book movie. They never have 2+ hour run times. These are still generally made for children and young teens. An age bracket that generally doesn't have the attention span to sit through a 2+ hour movie. And what exactly was "too fast"? And how was the ending "out of nowhere" when they literally made the plan, freed the guy they needed from prison, and executed the plan, all while fighting off the enemy to allow the plan to happen. They even gave hints to the plan early on when they first had Superman talking to Mr Terrific and he brought up the multiverse. If you thought it was "out of nowhere" then that is because you just weren't paying attention.
This really shows you how dangerous Batman's rouge gallery is in a different sense. Easily killable but incredibly shifty even more so for heroes who usually just power their way through victory. If their usual enemy is the greatest detective in the world and one of the debatable smartest characters in DC, you have to be just as smart as him to be part of his rouge gallery, even more his main villain.
When they went to the bar if you look at reverse flash he looks like he’s going through hell right now I’m pretty sure he’s the only person who noticed that flash died
There’s one thing I did like about this movie: Earth-1 Superman doesn’t beat Injustice Superman. I think it’s far better for Lois to be the one to make him stop.
I have to say this (and I read/played the Injustice story as well, so there are some spoilers here): 1. I am *sick* of everyone blaming Batman for Joker. The *SYSTEM* is the one who keeps putting the clown behind bars instead of the electric chair/executions, all because of some BS reason for "madness that can be cured." Batman's the one who constantly beats him, and honestly, the only flaw Batman has (well, the only flaw when it comes to this subject) is having TOO much faith in the system. Besides, he was right; Superman kills and can't seem to stop himself, basically making Joker the winner in the end, because he gave the mad man what he wanted. Now I'm not saying the Joker should get off with what he did, but if he's going to be killed then it can never be ONE person who kills him, especially if that person is good. When you kill something snaps, something that takes more than physical strength to fight off or overcome, case in point Superman (which actually shows just how much truly stronger Batman is than him. where it matters/counts). At least guys like Red Hoos and Deadpool aim that brokenness at the darkness itself rather than letting it consume them and run wild. But in the end, it's better to have not crossed that line in the first place and not take that risk. -Think of it like this; If you kill your foe then (moral implications aside (for now)) then that just shows that you were so much weaker than them or so equally matched that you had to go for the killing blow. BUT if you beat someone without killing them, especially when they're trying to kill you and others, then that shows that you are vastly superior to them, that you can keep them in check again and again and again. And THAT'S (one of the reasons) why heroes and good are so incredibly amazing. 2. Superman in Comic/Game Injustice is just straight evil. And honestly, he's a massive b---h. He's basically throwing a temper tantrum because his wife and child died, which is dragged up, but he thinks he's the only one in the world who feels that kind of despair and pain and is entitled to his tantrum. Basically, he's a massive fragging hypocrite. That b---h sided with villain after villain after villain and tried to use god d--n DOOMSDAY as a watchdog. The only reason why the Lantern corp (aside from losing Mogo) lost is because the man literally used the *ENTIRE* world as a human shield! So the lanterns had to give up...oh, that, and Hal betrayed them as well. Honestly if Flash, Lantern, and Shazam hadn't sided with him things would have been REALLY different. Honestly, the only good this that Superman did was try to 86 Darkside. - Now THIS Injustice Superman (until the whole thing with the teens, killing Arrow, capturing Mr. Teriffic, siding with villains, and in the end) I can vibe with (mostly) because he actually had enough of the world's bull--t and treated it as it should have been and stopped all that bull---t. The wars, the deaths, everything. 3. Wonder Woman in Comic/Game Injustice is nothing but a bloodthirsty warmonger who KEEPS! MAKING! EVERYTHING! WORSE! I mean that b---h is out for blood *period.* I mean she betrayed EVERYBODY; the team, her friends, even her home and the Amazons. Every time and I mean (mostly) every, single, god, d--n, time that Batman or someone/something else was this 👌🏾close to beating Superman she had to come in a d frag everything up. Not to mention she tries to essentially replace Lois, which I am *not* for (which is one of the reasons why I didn't like "New 52") and is all kinds of fragged up. -This Wonder Woman is almost just as bad, but she (sort of) knows when the line has been crossed and has actual values. 4. I'm mad as all h--l that they killed the Flash in such a mundane way.
Mr. Terrific in the comics is considered one of the smartest people in the DC universe. He appeared in Justice League: Unlimited as basically someone who ran the whole watchtower. He's only had one appearance in live action, in the CW show Arrow, but that isn't a great adaptation of the character. I think he should be in more DC projects because he's an awesome character.
WB is doing a terrible job if giving him shine both in live action and in animation. They really tried to make him replace both the flash and Lex in this movie. Terrible decision.
The "It's not a tattoo" bit will always break me no matter how many times I play it back for all the wrong reasons lmao. I don't know who greenlit that and I don't know if they should be fired or given a raise.

Yuh I was surprised they didn’t have the Superman-Shazam scene since to me that was one of the biggest shock factors an a huge moment for the heroes choosing Batman’s side
I've always wondered about the logic gap as to why people supported the Joker Underground. Did they forget the reason why Superman is the way he is in Injustice was because Joker nuked a city that killed millions of people?
The reason is Batman. If you talk about comics, joker was alive because of batman and after sups killed joker, batman didn't even go to cheer up or help somehow to sups, so reason why sups turned in that way is Batman

The Joker isn't Batman's fault, it is the government. Batman signed up to be a vigilante. He catches the bad guys, and delivers them to the police. That is the deal. The fact that the police keeps letting a guy who isn't even a super villain escape or hasn't given him the death sentence after killing over a hundred people yet is entirely on them. Batman tracks them down, beats them up and delivers them, usually after getting evidence and half the time in cooperation with the police. The fact that the shitty government of Gotham and America can't handle one criminal is not his fault.

Its a mess.
Exactly it makes things worse especially when you read the entire comic series
If feels like the movie takes place over the course of a week.

There’s one thing I did like about this movie: Earth-1 Superman doesn’t beat Injustice Superman. I think it’s far better for Lois to be the one to make him stop.
This is more than a bad adaptation. This a damn betrayal. Might as well just reacted to cutscenes from the games.
I have to say this (and I read/played the Injustice story as well, so there are some spoilers here):

The reason is Batman. If you talk about comics, joker was alive because of batman and after sups killed joker, batman didn't even go to cheer up or help somehow to sups, so reason why sups turned in that way is Batman

It didn't help that Wonder Woman tried to make him more of a despot, and granted they did acknowledge that one tried to help Clark in Injustice 2 (The Kents called the Insurgents out on this actually), still, Injustice could have saved itself from a lot of grief if they just helped the Man of Steel to get back on his feet.
@@russellsales7796 superman didn't really give anyone a chance to help him, as soon as Lois got clapped the immediate thing he did was go kill joker, GL tried and he didn't let him, batman now had to deal with the mess superman was making.
