This video is a good example of the difference between the game then and the game today. Don't just look at Jordan, but also look at how crowded the paint is during his passing days. The ability to move and weave your way through not only your defenders but past your own teammates. Scoring required a greater level of awareness and skill. It shows why fans who have watched the game for twenty or thirty years have a hard time putting the greats of today over the greats of that era. Shooting the ball is an amazing skill. The greatest shooters of the game live in today's game. But the best players, overall skill wise, were twenty or twenty five years ago.
Everyone else is......human. MJ was NOT. He is the greatest basketball player to have ever walked the earth. I've seen him play many times in person back home in Chicago. I saw a lot of these plays in person. It was bananas.
Watching MJ play Live, you knew that every single game he played there was going to be something you never saw before. It really was like that. Fun fact: MJ is currently in the top 6 ALL TIME in assists per game for scoring guards with 5.4 apg, and he's #5 all time in total assists for a SG while having a shorter career than the other 5 players ahead of him. So it is a myth that he was a ball hog because it is simply not possible for a SG to be ranked that high with so many assists all time.
You see the fade away, it was a layup when he was shooting it . That’s how unstoppable it was. I was a bulls fan in the 90s and early 2000s , until the nba decided to make it no touch nba . Sissy game
@@patinho5589 Technically it means he siphons liquid life out of GOATs. Turns challengers into Dahmer freezer cadavers. And if you perceived otherwise, you have the IQ of Jameis Winston in Uber on his way to an Angry Crab Shack.
And these young bucks talk about Lebron's passing ability. MJ was dropping better dimes than most point guards.Gilbert Arenas hating ass need to watch this shit here.
He'd be averaging 40 today.... btw .can we .stop this Jordan/Lebron debate ..not even close ....in my opinion he hasn't even passed Kobe (Kobe & Jordan stayed with their teams ..through thick & thin ..highs & lows ....they never chased other superstars or teams
Two things you said in this video 📹 reaction that had me Lmao 1 he was about to elbow out that white dude did have some long arms Jordan couldn't get to him like you wanted to and 2 was that Reggie Miller lucky was surprised to see him and Jordan fighting😂🙂
I stopped counting at how many times you said, "that wasn't a foul?" No sir. You had to really foul someone back then to get a call. Now do you understand when people say that was a "tough era" back then? Now, you tap someone on the head and it's called a flagrant 1😂😂😂
You shoulf definitely react to jennie solo live at coachella here’s the link: ua-cam.com/video/Lxy3q1yioSI/v-deo.html you guys won’t regret watching it, her stage presence energy would make you hype
The argument that LeBron is a better passer infuriates me. LeBron is a primary ball handler, but anyone that actually watched MJ, his dishing ability was uncanny, the only problem was he was an even more amazing scorer, and that was his primary role. Just because you rack up more asissts doesn’t paint the entire picture.
25 years later and there still isn't anyone in the league that plays like MJ.
Kobe copied some but the huge palm and 48 vertical made the big difference.
@@ilocanodetoy2225 just huge palm and vertical?

Imagine how unstoppable he would be in todays game with how open the lanes are with all the spacing now.

That’s what I love most about mj and Kobe if you ain’t working hard you ain’t getting the ball that’s not being a ball hog that’s being a leader

MJ is only 6’6” but his wingspan is long that’s why only a little jump his arms is already at the ring and he got huge palm.
Isiah Thomas saying MJ couldn't go left 🤣Btw the Jordan mixtape is so much better.
He was a ball Hog!? Lol! He was the best player on the court!
He was the best player on the -court- planet.
Fixed it for you
