Dear Neeraj Sir, This entire series of videos is very useful and informative, thanks. Can you please clarify the following. Say, an investor invests in 10 year Gsec mf which currently yields 7.18%. He holds this for 10 years. Can he expect to get 7.18% cagr or it will depend upon the yields prevailing at the time of Redemption? If it is the latter, then one is investing in an instrument that not only suffers from price volatility but also unpredictable yields. Please clarify if my understanding is correct.

You didn't explained Money market funds, i was hoping for some clarity on that.
Money Market Funds are debt instruments with maturity of less than One year. I.e. T bills, commercial papers, certificate of deposits.
Can you pls add subtitles in English
