How to make Urud dal vadai by using Ninja Air Fryer /ulunthu vada / Spilt & skinned black gram
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This vadai recipe usually deep fry in oil but I make it by using air fryer with very little oil. Frying time may depend on the vadai batter, size and model of the Air Fryer. Here I am sharing my frying temperature and time for your reference.
Ingrediants - For 12 vadai
-------------------
Urud dal - 1 cup.
( split & skinned black gram )
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafetida - 2 pinch
Shallots - 8
Green chili - 2
curry leaves - handful
Olive oil - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 tbs (optional)
Some Oil for spray or brush
Temperature - 350* F
Time - 12 minutes
After 6 minutes - Take out the tray then flip vadai over and spray some oil.
