Skip the snake oil that you put in to save the cost of that & then buy OE oil & filter.
It might pay you to visit your GP just to check all is OK (hope it is)

That dammed daylight 😂 Also does that diesel injector cleaner work or is it snake oil ? Might fling some in the vito if it's any good..

I think Forte stuff is pretty decent. Seems to work but who knows. Unless you are a diesel injector cleaner atom.

Do you use a standard trolley jack or a low profile one ?

Low profile for this. I don't think a standard would reach the front jacking point.
