Dude is at the Certified Nutso™️ tier of being on the right. Oh and don't forget him proudly talking about how he abused the fuck out of his kid. Very godly man!
Jack is the worst cook out of these bunch because he advocates eating "medium rare" chicken and duck which lands him in the hospital a couple of times. After all that, he still doesn't cook poultry properly
That would just have a gross texture. Especially duck with how fatty it is. Takes a high temp of about 170F to render out properly. You can safely cook poultry to lower internal temps though. Its a matter of sustaining the lower temp long enough to do the same job (USDA has a chart somewhere). Obviously Jack isn't doing that. Sous vide would be the simplest way to do it. White meat chicken cooked to 145F and then torch seared is amazing. Final internal temp ends up about 150.
Please keep these complications coming mate, love watching them cause god knows youtube autoplay hates playing older vids when it can replay a new one 50 times and would rather support you then reuploaders.

Chocolate mayo cake is actually great. Mayo is oil and egg. So when added to a cake it adds tang to the chocolate that deepens it while keeping the cake moist. That being said, jack is an awful cook.

To be honest, I actually used some of Jack (the mayo guy) videos to learn how to make some easy dishes in the past. I didn’t know he had those abominations defying God’s kingdom.

UA-cam allegedly passed a policy change a few years ago that allows them to add preroll ads to videos for their own profit without the youtuber accepting them, at least thats what I remember becoming a hot debate back then. Id be real disappointed if he really was the one who turned on the ads knowing how much money he donates (Im assuming since he has enough money to be donating it on youtube he wouldnt be scraping for these small profits)

Unfortunately duck breast is best served medium rare with crispy skin.
Yoh can eat duck medium rare, just make it gets above 160°F, that's the temp germs die.
Favorite part of jacks “cooking” is he uses the term tablespoon when wielding the biggest soup or serving spoon possible.
