I looked back and they mentioned Trade Maintenance, Capacity (Mercantilism affects Burgher Capacity), I imagine Market Protection being increased makes your own locations more likely to stay in a market you control. The only unmentioned things are trade efficiency and trade advantage. Efficiency maybe gives you better profit margins (or your estates), and trade advantage maybe affects who gets goods first?
The more I hear about eu5 the better it sounds imo
