Hi Helmut!, i have been obssesed with your channel since i found it out. Your playing is the sound in my head i have been looking for 20 years. Could you please tell me who where some of your guitarists influences in you guitar journey? Keep on rocking!!!. your videos bring me so much joy!!
I just received mine jtm Saturday, I have the plexi and the jubilee studio amps also ,but I’m seriously thinking the jtm sounds the best!!!! Absolutely love the tones !!!!!! Great review I’m a new subscriber!!! Thank you for the demo!!!!
Definitely Killer.... As it always is, they don't call it Bibl rocks for nothing. 🤘😎🤘 I just purchased the Marshall DSL40cr in the cream colored tolex. Used in Mint shape, I'm going to drive to NY to pick it up the Saturday after next. I'm jonesing like a kid in a candy store. As always keep up the great videos. God bless health and happiness to you and your family brother.
Dsl 40 cr is awesome, I can get mine sounding pretty close to my old 50 watt Marshall plexi 1987x but at a much lower volume , enjoy your new Marshall amp best bang for the bucks in my opinion
Bibl is it just me or is it you make everything sound great no matter what it is? I really love your playing and tones. If you had to pick and have only one amp which would it be?
Servus Helmut, klasser Amp, und wie immer super playing und Präsentation, vielen Dank. Wird übrigens mein Neuester in Kürze, ist schon am Transportweg 🙂
I mentioned you live on Dave Friedman's tone talk last week about being a guest. Hope thats ok. Love your playing and tone in your hands. Its a style that's getting lost these days. You have the chops to make timeless music like the greats....
Thanks for that. I had an 1969 Blues breaker 50w head and I found that with that amp it didn't sound as good with a Marshall cab. Maybe it needed that age you have ? I tried loads of different cabs and found that a Peavy loaded with scorpions was the secret for me . The black widows didn't work. I notice the with the different amps you have tested, that I have seen, all sound like they are using that cab which has a really great tone colour and transfers the sound of the different amps you put through it really well. From my findings, the speaker is 90% of the secret to tone.
Lg Thomas
@@Biblrocks thank you very much, in reality mi idea Is to use this amp as a pedal platform with my od pedals but i wanted ti know if also in this case the amp Is still too much loud.
Hello this jewel is fantastic .... I bought one last week .... The sound is beautiful .... But the presence knob makes a bit of a noise like a breath .... Yours has this too problem?
As I recall, the way presence works on older Fender and Marshall amps is that “… DCV across the presence pot is normal with these vintage type amps. Reason is that the presence pot is part of the cathode tail of the PI with around 3mA DC running through it. Scratchy presence pot is a known consequence of that wiring.” - You won’t be turning it while playing so just accept it as normal and enjoy the amp! -
i have both. the jtm 20 is less bright and punchy but also less raw and pure i love both at 8 ohms with my 1974cx extension cab beneath. the creamback is a smoother speaker. i got the jtm 20 combo new on sale for 600$ and the 1974x used for 1000$. the 1974x is less forgiving but still a much better amp with better parts and handwired vs pcb.
Nice music, nice sound, I have nearly the same combination, so let´s rumble together in my garage, like in the old days! Do you feel like we do? (Frampton comes alive)
You're a beast! Your playing and tone are truly inspirational
🙏🏼
Brilliant amp. Wonderful playing.
thanks 🙏🏼
One of the best reviews on this amp.
🙏🏼
Marshall JTM + Gibson Les Paul.. a perfect combination used by the great Gary Moore
amongst many otgers, right.
cheers
His favorite was actually the Soldano SLO 100

This demo made me pull the trigger on this amp! Thanks Bibl! You rock!
🙏🏼
Great Amp! Cool playin! So dynamic with just a flick of the Pickupswitch ❤
🥃
Geiler ursprünglicher Rock’n’Roll Sound. Klingt wirklich geil.
find auch.

This man has Blues in his fingers 👍🏻☺️

That intro jam was incredible

i would say all of the „minis“ are very good for recording. did not try the jubilee.

Excellent stuff!
thanks 👍🏼
How did you get the delay? Via the effects loops or added after recording?
yes, it‘s s room and delay from the uad apollo.

Slick tasty licks for sure, great tone and even better playing 😮awesome man 😎

Great demo Helmut, im thinking of buying this amp boosted with a Timmy overdrive going for early Billy Gibons tone.
thanks
great combination !

Killer opening instrumental

Uh huh! The way its supposed to be. Sounds killer.

Somebody should write some dope lyrics to these awewsome tracks. R`n`R 🤘😎
Yeah! In german please and we're back in business 🍌

Wonderful! Your LP … a “cover burst“? Is it a Murphy? 50th Anniversary R9? Looks and sounds like it could be … the guitar with this amp is awesome!
thanks
it‘s a normal r8, but the harware is faber and the pickups are montys.
cheers
Very cool vibe
thanks 🙏🏼
Hi. Could you please list the speaker cab you use with the amps. Thanks for your knowledge.
hi
most of the time i use my 69 4x12 with the old 25 w greenbacks.

🤘🏼
Sounds awesome. What pickups are in the Les Paul?
thanks🥃
got montys in it.
cheers
Hi, great video, I also have this amp but how do I set the two volumes to use the pedals?
hi
i use most of the time the bright input.
if you want you can patch the channels for a different sound using both volumes.
cheers
Thanks!@@Biblrocks
Better than the original Marshall video. Sounds quiet similar to the plexi?
it‘s a mix between jtm 45 and plexi.
🤟🏻

hi

I have a question. In the 5 watt mode, Is possibile to do this amp at home?

5 watt is still very loud at home.

What fuzz did you use? Thanks
it‘s a handbuilt futt face kind of germanium fuzz.

Les Paul into Marshall can never be wrong....

Is that the Q pickup in the bridge? If so is it the Q Paf or the Q 59 paf?
no
that are montys paf.

How does this amp compare to the Marshall 1974X 18W?
it‘s better. louder and more versatile in my opinion. and way cheaper!

You are super right, pretty darn good for the cash. Man, the junk I played for the first ten years. Back in the 80's budget amps were pure junk.
true !

that‘s ok, like it .

What tust du think in Vergleich with SV20H? Please let me wissen!
i tu think that‘s similar to the „big brothers“ von denen.
etwas tighter der super lead
etwas cremiger der jtm
