Thank you for visiting this school, sirs. I hope the place is developed to international standard. I can see that it is not well organized like those in Paris.
It's a growing establishment but don't let that space fool you. They do really amazing things from that school...like train 1,000students free without any funding. It's not the size of the dog, it's the size of the heart in the dog. You can donate to them to get a bigger space and the likes...
Great content... you guys remind me of Anthony Bourdain, I'm sure you're familiar with his Lagos episode, he was like you guys in the he respected the modern hints while also showing interesting facets -- Africa is more like South America, Asia and Eastern Europe than what National Geographic, Black Panther or Tarzan may convey
Is it weird that I visited this “Ojuelegba Amala” spot today, only for me to check my notifications and see this video?! 😅 . This was an interesting and fun video to watch! I’ve heard good things about this Culinary school, but I haven’t been there… maybe I’ll check it out someday! . Great content guys! 👍
We swallow food mostly in Nigeria but I usually like to chew a lot. Nigeria has good culinary food but they are not developed or properly advanced by those in the sectors. No refinement of precipices, no broad approach to methods of preparation, no organized tables, no etiquette on serving, etc. I hope these are addressed soon.
@@loveenvoy You are saying this as though culture doesn't evolve. Please, I am not in support of doing things like our prehistoric forefathers else we should not even drive modern cars, live in modern homes, etc. This is the biggest problem we have in this country people failing to accept our shortcomings. It is sad we are not ready for the future. Jeez!
@youme1414 I think you are one of the most obnoxious people on UA-cam. You go around every video about Nigeria on UA-cam dropping negative comments. Get a life! Your life must be very boring and sad.
Abuja culinary food couldn't break down the amala you ate. Amala is not fermented yam, it's dried yam. Some people mix the yam flour with the dry bark of yam. "Gbegiri" is the yellow soup made from beans and blended. Ewedu is "Jute leaf" please read the health benefits on Google. She didn't state any health benefits of the kidney, intestine and tripe she talked about. There are many Nigerians that haven't tried this dish and there are also people from South West Nigeria who dont like amala. So basically its not a "Staple" food. Let me stop here.
Any food you soak in water for 2 days and more get fermented. Try drying the yam without soaking and see how bad it gets. That foamy stuff you see is the release of lactic acid. I agree that more research needs to be done on our food. Amala is however a beloved staple in Nigeria. That you choose to not eat it does not make it less a staple. And don't mistake culinary for dietitics. It's not the same. Thank you
Wow!!! Very great content. I enjoy every bit of it🥰🥰 Thanks guys💗

I think Nigeria is currently underground change very very quickly so it’s possible that things like that may change in the near future
I think you need to do a cooking course in a culinary school. Also, do we sacrifice our food culture for what you call refinement? I don't think so
