Every car needs onboard cameras 👏
They do.
@@natel7382I think the same.
Down at the back, look at McLaughlin drive, amazing!
wow thats fantastic footage well done indycar many thanks 🇦🇺
So where was the CHAOS on lap one? A few cars went onto the grass, that's all.
Great racing
Great camera action.
Those 360 cameras are pretty cool.
It's going to be a long time before we see another American in F1 with driving like this.
Bernie Ecclestone would have a heart attack with racing like this. We all know he still runs the show even at 93
It was on NBC yesterday as scheduled
Grew up a few miles from the Milwaukee Mile in the 60's and 70's and 80's you could watch testing and practice free on backstretch by the fence. Then got involved in southeastern, Wisconsin dirt tracck, modifieds, midgets and sprints.
Whatever happened to the Milwaukee Mile as a top tier track... All they seem to have now is the Truck Series... It's a great track just like defunct Nazareth.
Long front straightaway into a 90 degree turn will always have trouble.
typical 1st turn road course start at Indy lol GREAT video of on car cams
I was today old when I found out Indy car did more than go around in circles at supper high speeds. Same goes for Indianapolis having a road course, I thought it was only a Super Speedway, well not "only", but you know what I mean.
The next generation of racers are going to be insane after they study these onboard videos 🤩
05:15 watching those discs glow!
ENJOY THIS. This is great footage from many different cars view of the first lap of the United States GrandPrix. The road course and its really a great ride. 13 drivers with multiple cameras. This better cause this is real.
THIS hard racing is what non-fans need to see! Take some of the spicy bumping, passing and hard racing clips of this video, post on other social media and broadcast a 30 second commercial on other NBC sports events before the next road course race (weekend of the 500). Have a message or voice over something to the effect of: "IndyCar, we know you've heard of the Indy 500 this weekend (give time and date), but we have hard racing at it's finest throughout the year. Check us out." Then give the date and time of the next events (Detroit & Road America).
Idk if not being able to make turn 1 on lap 1 without being running off can be deemed professional
@@zedexish Peacock shows "Professional" wrestling, so ..... , and there are clips of bumping and hard racing in the clip that are not in T1.
This is not chaos. Its a mild racing incident into first corner, which happens almost every single time guys go racing.
Dunno about ya'll but.... that looks fun! 😎
First piece of wisdom in racing: car must be running at the end of a race. Second piece of wisdom: the race doesn’t end at corner 1 or at the end of lap 1.
Thats first turn Firestone Fescue ; ) " I wouldn't cross the street to see an F-1 race ! ! " Anthony Joseph Foyt.
It's too bad they don't televise this series properly.
Too much fizz into the nozzle :)
indycar is the best racing formula in the world. and then you you post this footage for free!
Never watched F1 then?
@@timmcevoy7156 yeh mate but these past few years i find it a bit boring after the first corner but yes I still watch F1. Imagine F1 with fuel stops and push2pass. now that would be interesting
Assetto Corsa looking good...
Go The Flying Kiwis...
Good wreaking race.
With the greatest respect to Indy Racers. Drivers, Engineers, Mechanics, Support, Spectators and Managers.
F1 purists, will you pay money and take a day out of your off time to go and watch this?
With how it’s priced, you’d be hard pressed calling yourself a motor head/enthusiast if you didn’t…
nothing is happening in this video... weird description... no chaos, no crash, nothing!
"PREVIOUSLY ON LOST..."
This is TOTAL CHAOS! What a joke!
Rather more entertaining than the San Marino grand prix....
Chaos? Where is the public?
The Indy 500 has been made since 2011, in 2024 got 190,000 people attendance. The Miami F1 GP recently had its 3rd edition. Attendance was 275,000 people on the week end. Now I understand why Andretti is using the congress to force his entrance to F1. The F1 is causing the downfall of Indy by providing higher level racing. In a common track like COTA, in a 50 lap race Logan Seargent will lap the Indy Champion twice with his Williams. Indy series is mortally wounded.
Stuffed McLaughlin race… and he still got 6th!
herta gets a d ...jumping the green missing a pass opp .
it was a right turn so....
Car 27 is dangerous to himself and others.
This is much more exciting than F1! A combination of factors leading to that. Is the reason the stands are mainly empty due to the camera work being so good for the live stream….? 😂
The went to UA to join the fight.
Um 🙅♂ Rubbing is racing boys
Now which group on knuckleheads decides to put Nascar and Indycar on the same day. I thought this was a spectator sport
.
This what happens when you make Americans turn corners that aren’t all in the same direction.
USA Indy car racing is just mad….way way more fun than watching boring Formula 1 😮😂😂
I'm all in for every kind of super car race, I love and watch them all - but honestly, driving 'round and 'round in the same 'circle' is just lame. Formula 1 eats the shorts of Indycar, if ya asks me; even if you don't.
Clickbait galore on this channel.
Said yesterday this race was to be on NBC, tuned in to see Motocross on, WTF, the network seems to change the schedule for no reason. NOW I'm an ex long life indycar fan, I stick with my midgets and sprint cars.
Glad to know! 🤔
It was on nbc...
3 things
1 It was supercross not Motocross and it’s a fantastic sport,
2 Also can’t see them saying it and being wrong so you probably misheard something
3 the Indy car UA-cam channel isn’t going to care you messed up
Idk what you are talking about it was on NBC lol
Same bulshit with NASCAR.... Much better to stick with the dirt boys and the winged wonders much more excitement.
Car 6 is patient, lazy driver.
Empty stands, no one cares about sports and entertainment anymore, ....because they know the world is about to end.
Once again, power causes a huge incident that goes unnoticed on the broadcast. Such a prick.
I’m sick of Alex Palou! Why you ask? Look at what chaos he created with Arrow McLaren. This guy needs to be held accountable!
pal-who?
Stop being a Wooss. This is intense driving. 🇺🇸✌️👍
1991 was a great 500, 1977 was an amazing 500, 1973 was an unbelievable 500, 1999 was a wonderful 500........this is a joke.
This is not the 500, what's your point?
Man this is a great view of this races first lap. WTF do you want. ITS NOT THE 500
@@yyz.2112 This IS a joke......pretty self explanatory.
@@michaelvoelkl4015 WTF....?......how about making it through a lap without writing cars off.......remember the first one of these they ran?.......they tried a F1 start and destroyed the field....this is supposed to be Professional Racing.......I've seen better car control in a Lemons Race.
@@jrb5353 I was commenting on the camera, nothing else. My high school produced Salt Walther, the 1972 start at Indy? I think 2 drivers died, others were badly burned. AJ Foyt blamed Salt, rightly so, for the worst start of a 500, ever. The road course start was ridiculously bad but nobody got hurt. To me, death is far worse way to start then that mess. BTW, have you ever been in a race with a flying start?
Very low level of driving skill compared to F1.
It’s sure not F1
