The ending still gives me chills.
Ikr it was, incredible but trask had to pay for for what he's put Eddie Brock through, I don't blame him for killing trask.
Well trask had it coming so he deserved it for taking advantage of eddie to making money off him.

Martial arts or not, I'm pretty sure Spider-Man could've knocked Sable out in one punch if he didn't hold back.
Indeed, plus it's always cool to see Spider-Man fight out of costume. Really raises the stakes and makes him look more awesome.

yeah, they really need to stop making her so overly tough. Martial arts or not, Peter has inhuman strength and inhuman reaction as spider-man. He can knock her the fk out. Though he was sedated by the darts.
All that trouble to save trask/ JJ Jameson lookalike just for him to die anyway. LoL
This game is like so short I wish they did more to it and put more storys this was just all about the suit
+Dragon Knight I think by the time this game came out, they were on the Venom story arc, but this is inaccurate. Most of this stuff didn't happen in the comics, they altered it.
They adapted this game's story arc to the comic, in issues 123-128. Therefore, most of this stuff did happen in the comics.
I guess you're right about that, but I was talking about the venom story arc, mostly.
They could make such a good Ultimate Spider-Man 2 now.. Probably never going to happen, but it would be so cool to see with modern graphics and stuff. There's still so much mystery unsolved at the end of this and there are so much more characters I'd love to see.
I just found this game in my room and still in good condition can't wait to play it again

Hey I'm from the future, the PS4 Spider-Man (2018) is the best.
Probably not the best but it’s damn close. It’s such a unique take that it’s easy to say it’s “the best”. This is definitely one of my favorites definitely top 3

This game, Spiderman-2, and Web of Shadows in no particular order have to be my favorite Spiderman games of all time...it just shows that solid gameplay and fun realistic web swinging can truly make you fell and enjoy playing like Spiderman...i would of added the Amazing Spiderman but the web swinging in the air just reminded me of Spiderman 1 too much even doe i did enjoy that game in the era it came out in
and with better atmosphere and with great comic-animations!

He tends to ignore his Spider-sense at times, even in the original comics. Like when he could've moved when Vulture knocked him out and again, in the same comic, when Vulture flew into the wall.

Ultimate Spider-Man, Web of Shadows, and Marvel’s Spider-Man are the best Spider-Man games ever.
I wish they'd both remaster this game for current consoles (especially because my copy is glitched to high hell), and I wish they'd make a sequel to this game; they still have a lot of usable source material.
I don't know if a remaster or a sequel would do any good actually... Not an easy question!
For me this game is still really cool, so I think I'm okay.
Well, sometimes it's to preserve his secret identity, outside of costume, when there're witnesses. Something he doesn't do well here, incidentally. Sometimes he doesn't ie, with the vulture example I gave, he wouldn't expect Vulture to fly into a wall after coming out of traction.
I think Eddie just prevented the X-Men dark future with the sentinels.

the sm2 on ps2 was awesome but i didnt like the web of shadows... the city was empty and that zombie apocalypse thing was terrible...

Untrue , Bendis and Bagley were directly involved in writing The Game script , it would be more accurate to say when Bendis and Immonen adapted elements of The Game to The Comics , they needed to change certain details to flow better with what was going on in The Comics in Real-Time at that point .
your right, I just wish the web slinging was off buildings that would be awesome, ultimate spiderman was great, they should have made more like it

They also introduced Ultimate Silver Sable ( Though , in The Game she was more of an anti-heroine like her later 616 Portrayal while in The Comics she was more outright villainous like her initial 616 Portrayal ) and her Wild Boys , Ultimate Adrian Toomes ( Who`s slightly de-aged and is a Scientist who`s Trask`s right-hand man and never becomes The Vulture , instead he`s killed by Carnage and Blackie Drago becomes Vulture in The Comics ) , the Ultimate Hulkbusters & Ultimate Beetle .

I almost feel sorry for Trask at the end there, even for a corrupt, geedy business man like him, being torn limb from limb by Venom is a nasty way to go

but there are a lot of other mistakes what didnt appeared in previous SM-games...
yes, the characters are the same but the game doesnt care about the comic-stories...

In this game, you can play with Spider-man, and you can play with Venom. When you play with Venom, his health bar increases. So, when you have to fight him, he is stronger than last time.

When Peter/Spidey says "Ah!" when he gets hurt it looks like that voice was recycled in Spiderman-3 for the GBA when he gets hurt.
