Great video, I getting excited to give it a try myself thanks to your video's. Back in the old days (1980) I was really into windsurfing I hope it gives me little advantage in learning this. I remember my arms getting really tired. And a harnas (trapeze in Dutch) was a pretty much a must. Don't you get very tired in your arms with wing foiling? Maybe i'll give it a try at Strand Horst this summer!

Thanks a lot, you’ll love it:) your windsurfing experience will definitely help. Since we’re on large foils with a lot of lift, the arms don’t really get tired. In the beginning it’s a good work out since it’s something new and you fall of all the time, but after a few sessions you get used to using those muscles. But it is a full body work out, it takes a lot more than foiling on a kite.

Hi David, it depends on your level/conditions/weight. I'm using the Fuision X1300 on the Autopilot 4'6, I'm 63kg

@@AnnelousLammerts just bought a 5 m mantis I'm about 80 kg so going for a fusion 1400 front wing and large rear wing on the autopilot 😎. Hope to get up and fly 😉
