It’s simple & the majority of the world understands the concept that once your children turn 18 years old, it’s not over, it doesn’t end at the age of 18 years old, it ends upon death. When kids turn 18 years old, they then have high school graduation, college send offs, college graduations, weddings, holidays, babies being born & becoming grandparents, & then one day, great grandparents. Support & having a workable relationship for the children is essential. After a marriage or relationship ends, the lives continue & any person who’s not a selfish, bigoted, unreliable ex, knows full well that the two are forever tied together until the time they leave this world.
