This video has been a whirlwind. Nothing was what I was expecting.
From the moment this idea was birthed, to the moment this video was uploaded, nothing was constant.
I started this video thinking it was going to be about how men are taught not to feel their emotions. I also assumed that since I think of myself as a fairly in-tune modern guy, that I would not learn much and end up mostly teaching other men how to do this.
Oh how wrong I was.
Instead, I went on my own journey that I never saw coming.

I know I'm a little late on this video, but thank you for making it, guys! I absolutely loved it. As men, this message is so important. Watching you two go through this process for a week really inspired me to be a better man, more in touch with my emotions and more open about how I'm feeling, not only to others but to myself as well. Thanks for putting yourself out there.

Matt d'avela can be extreme sometimes and even he say in his videos that and sometimes it make feel like it did to you but man what is amazing is that you can do some of the things he invite you to do and you feel great even if you don't do it every day, thanks for the video guys you really changed my mental state today and I was only looking for tips of man health for my friends ...I end up learning something for myself
