  • This is my daughter Lisa singing "Quando m'en vo" ("When I go walking, men look at me from head to toe.") from Puccini’s opera La Bohème. The aria is sung by Musetta, a flamboyant, redheaded courtesan.
Lisa sang this aria when she first auditioned to perform in Baz Luhrmann's Broadway production of this opera. Instead of getting the role of Musetta, however, Lisa was eventually cast as the leading lady, Mimí!
Lisa received a Tony Award for Excellence in the Theatre for her performance as Mimí from Hugh Jackman at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on June 8, 2003.
