before the sunset bag came out i was obsessed with the pleaty but now i think i like/prefer the new version but i have to agree with you that the extra strap/hook issue on the sunset seems to be a last minute decision that was not well thought out bc i also feel like the level where the bag sits when you use the longer strap is a bit odd but ill say i love the denim color on the pleaty compared to the sunset

I've always loved denim bags and I do really like the sunset. I would be much happier with it if it had a different adjustable strap to wear crossbody. Please let me know if you wind up buying one or the other.
