This was one of the first movies I ever saw in theaters with my first roommates after moving out on my own. The scene when she steps out in silhouette holding xenomorph spear and shield is a core memory for me. Hot AF and pure badass.
I love how Scar knew exactly how to dissect the Xenomorph. The way he knows its anatomy so well is a testament to how much study he put into his prey, and how much knowledge the Yautja have of the Xenomorphs as a whole.
The sound of the plasma caster blast is insane. I hear a lot of negative things about this movie but i love the way the two franchises mesh together. Now AVP 2 is a different story
I luv how the Queen called her Zenos back, she knew they were probably going to get slaughtered since Scar found a new found power so she called them back to free her and get to the surface and kill anything on there way to the top!
Yes the moive aint great, but there are many pluses to the moive. Some good action, some good story, and of course, the Alien and Predator action. As well as the INCREDIBLE practicle effects.

Imo AVP is an underrated film i personally loved it. AvP requiem (2) is a different story i do like the predator scenes in that film but overall it was pretty bad. A failed sequel We need more alliance films with humans and predators or make another AVP film its a very underrated concept
