Walking down the street at this age, I finally feel my body unlock in a way I had never known as a younger guy. I see women sexually in a new "loving" way and finally get erect or partially erect simply talking to women. It may sound silly what David is saying here, but he is literally saying something profound and essential. Men need to imagine their penis or self, actually exposed into the world. It's a mental exercise that is life changing. Men learn holding patterns or physical blocks in their pelvic areas as a response to fear of genetic or self expression.

I feel a recognition of Adi Da's emotinal-sexual teachings coming through David Deida's workshops. I think Deida would say that there is no separation between the yogic flow and the spiritual glow, if he was perhaps working with more advanced students.
So many discoverers into the realm of sexuality seem to a arrive at what they tend to describe as the most foundational discovery of all. That women are as sexual, or even more so, than men. If a man doesn't accept this truth, that women bluntly put want to be fucked, and preferably into the next century, lots of things don't make any sense. My take is that these women know that David knows that they know he knows, like being in on a dirty little secret. They want a man to lead them into experiences they can only dream of, and if they meet one and allows him to do it and he does that and ten times beyond anything they could imagine... well, that would be even greater. In that moment laughter relieves a bit of tension. Nor the most flowery description, but perhaps easier to understand and certainly more directly actionable.
