I think to be considered a cookie bar they should have been thinner and more cookielike, however they look like a nice brownie without being gooey which is why I don't like most brownies, it's a texture thing. These might wind up in my collection.

I'd make sure the brownies cool completely then or the chocolate bars will still be gooey.
