I always just throw our kiwis right in the fridge and let them ripen in there. It may take a few days to ripen, but they will last like a month or longer in the fridge, it's actually why they're one of my favorite fruits too!
Those roll ups are known in the midwest as "Minnesota sushi".. except we dont add the tortilla, just roll the pickle up in a slice of ham everyone up here eats them up, ive never tried them cuz i dont like cream cheese.

I LOVE that buffalo chicken package from Knorr. I like to add a little cream cheese, shredded cheese and frozen peas to it. Really yummy and easy side (or meal if you add a protein).

That guacamole "recipe" looks like my kind of guac. I hate restaurant style because there are always crunchy onions in it! The tuna and egg salad has tons of protein. I've never added mustard to mine. That may be worth a try?
I can not eat tuna from the can. I have to have it from the packets. The cans are too strong, smelling. Otherwise, I love tuna fish. Maybe try the packets if you ever feel like you might try tuna salad. I absolutely love your videos ❤😊. I get lots of ideas from you for our meals.

The Talor Farms salads and mixes are nice combos and relatively inexpensive.
I love pineapple juice. I don’t buy it often but I do sometimes. Never tried eggs with tuna.

This is close to how we make our guacamole, including the smashing. We use lemon juice, onion powder and garlic powder.
I always add dill relish to my tuna salad. No sweet 😖. The key to the best tuna salad.

I started using mustard instead of mayo in my tuna about 35 years ago when I was in Weight Watchers, as mustard has no fats. It tastes wonderful!
