But measuring these effects can be challenging. Rumi Chunara, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at NYU Tandon and Biostatistics at the NYU School of Global Health, has dedicated her career to uncovering these factors that drive our quality of life, from hateful rhetoric on social media to the way green space improves mental health.
