he was inspired by jordan marsh blueberry muffins the original guy had a recipe of his own. this guy uses the bake n Joy dry muffin mix. then adds liquid eggs, oil and water.. water is never used in any muffin recipe. milk, buttermilk, oil or butter and eggs etc. its a way owners make it easy to profit. Bake n Joy has been around since 1942 they have been supplying those cheap donut shops for years. view some videos on UA-cam for different recipes.
