As a modernist, I love the addition of timpani or bass drum and lauts to baroque music, really gives the tone roughness. And the variety between the sounds of the marche and the air is grand and beautiful

@e Mort Marc Minkowski is more "dramatic" and Jordi Savall is more "lyrical". It all depends on who likes what. Minkowski is more convincing to me. But I also like to listen to Jordi Savall.

Je préfère nettement, mais vraiment nettement, l'interprétation de Jordi Savall
@@orenscaumont J'ai rarement apprécié le travail de Minkowski, à l'oreille.
Et je le trouve aussi très prétentieux, mais c'est une autre histoire.
@@orenscaumont J'ai joué du piano… quand j'en avais un. Et longtemps chanté (baryton, ténor voire haute-contre).
Et plus épisodiquement: flûtes et guitares.
