This looks great. I had to look up vadouvan curry, but it makes sense. Look forward to trying it.
I'm definitely going to make this one for company coming next weekend! But, I'd love to see a Kentucky Hot Brown sandwich. It's one of my favorites! Please and thank you!

SO glad to see more Americans enjoying lamb, it's a staple here in Australia - but I envy that cut, we don't seem to get porterhouse as a standard over here
Lamb Porterhouse Chops are also known as lamb loin chops. These bone-in chops consist of the top loin and tenderloin just like the beef porterhouse steak, if you explain to your aussie local butcher what you want , they will be more then happy to do it , just don't worry about the supermarket pre packed , its a waste of meat.
Yummy 😋

How do you cook such a thick piece of meat just using a pan ?
It actually not that thick to be honest. Only 1.5 inches or so… 12-15 minutes on the stove with some good basting will yield consistent results with this cut.
Why are you wearing a hat in the house? Off putting !
Your comment is off putting!
I had a bad hair day and didn't want to upset you with it....
